I was the first to bitch about it yesterday. I want all of them held accountable. In war there are almost always casualties. All of you saying “well maybe they can’t release them all because there’s people on the list that didn’t do anything bad and it will ruin their reputations”. Well put me in the group with being okay with that. Many of them on that list do not give a single fuck about casualties of war so why should we care more about them? I think there are a lot of people that happened to be at the same place, same time as Epstein. Just because they were there does not make them bad people. I'm not sure what the hold up is but we for sure don't have to ruin good people because we don't like bad people. But like everyone else, I'd like to know who and what. And we know for sure there were very close ties with the Clintons, both. It was NOT random connections at a high dollar fund raiser that they just both happened to be at. So why are the people screaming the loudest that they want to know are so deafening quiet that the Clintons ignored a subpoena. They were thrilled Steve Bannon got thrown in jail for the same thing. Will they be calling for jail time for the Clintons like they did Bannon?

I don't know the answer to that but how do you know they are co-conspirators? If we were to look at it factually, the logical answer is they would not want to taint the jury pool with misleading information that is not full or in context. However, I don't think that's the correct reason. probably something more nefarious.
There’s instances where emails and/or documents specifically refers to them as such. There’s also no underlying context that they would be considered a victim, which is how the law was written. Massie for example has harped on the transparency flaws a number of times since the initial releases. By law, what they’re hiding is illegal, and protecting non-victims.

I don't think that releasing info like this is normal. I remember the FBI director talking about how they do not put info out on people who will not be charged since they would be unable to defend themselves against the charges. It was why Muller did not release specific info or evidence of crimes they discovered after he found out that he couldn't file charges because he was a president. And releasing that info would be the same as assuming guilt . since there was no way to go to trial and prove innocence. Or something along those lines, memory is foggy as far as the exact terms and so on. But the point being that its been a longtime DOJ policy.

As much as I want the people held accountable, I can understand why they wouldn't release names with people being unable to have a day in court to prove their innocence. I'm torn on it as I think about it that way. But from most of the info out there now, it sounds like it was hard not to know what he was doing, and that is as bad as being involved if You are a person in the position of power that could have stopped Epstein from doing the stuff he did. Its like a person who goes along for the ride to rob a bank, they are guilty by association.
I agree with your last paragraph. Regarding your first paragraph they were building a case and a trial of Epstein in 2019 and then Maxwell under the Biden administration. Releasing the epstein files before the trials wouldnt have been good.
