I emailed the seller, apparently it was left in the barn from the previous owners of the property that they acquired. I asked for better pics and vin#, and they say they're out of the state this week and can't provide either.
Looks like an '03+ 450 or 520 EXC, the 18" rear wheel looks like new, the rest of the bike looks like a mess?

Just because you guys think it is stolen, it doesn't mean it is. I mean people do leave ratted out bikes in barns and people do go out of state (possible emergency, work related, etc.).
My friend spent a lot of money on that KX250 making it really functional.
One day coming back from the track he gets pulled over for a burnt out taillight and the cops run the VIN and the bike was stolen like 6 years early all of the way across the country. They impounded it and he got nothing.
If you can legally apply for a missing title that is fine but otherwise you are contributing to the stolen bike game.
