Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
He just signed a multi-year deal with Yamaha for the 450 program (aka Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing). He won't be up for a new deal for a few years...
In general, 2027 will be a bit subdued compared to this year.
Tomac is on a two-year deal for 2026 and 2027.
Sexton on a three-year deal for 2026-2028.
Prado...we think is on a two-year deal but his answer on it has changed. But lets go with 2026 and 2027.
Roczen was announced as 2026, but it might also be more than one year.
Barcia and Ferrandis' deals are both potentially two-year deals, at least one of them is.
Jordon Smith will be more than one year for the 450 at Triumph.
Lawrences...they aren't going anywhere.
Shimoda just signed a two-year deal.
Kitchen signed a new two-year deal.
Drew Adams is entering a two-year contract.
I think all three riders at Rockstar Husky on the 250 side just entered new two-year deals....DiFrancesco, Bennick, and Cochran.
Riders that are up:
Hammaker's current deal is up after 2026 season.
McAdoo's current deal is up after 2026 season.
Plessinger is on a one year deal for 2026.
Not sure on Malcolm Stewart's new term length...
I think there's a chunk of Star 250 deals up after 2026, such as Brown and Anstie...potentially Thrasher as well?
Juju's might be up?
I think Hymas is up in 2026, I need to check on that one...
Who’s riding the Triumph 450?
I heard rumblings at Australia WSX that a Yamaha-Tomac reunion is imminent

Smith...
Jordan Smith, as is listed in my post you quoted...
Is Forkner splitting time on the 250/450 or we he trolling with that "both coasts" comment?
1/2 off a Cassidys burger whenever Dirtshark is checkin ID’s at the door, use code word Soyboy

I listened to et3 say in an interview he's only on a one yr deal w ktm... he said it would automatically renew if he won sx....
Why did they offer a seat to Dean Wilson? And so no one took the second ride ?
Smith is going to miss some rounds due to injury
OP, I thought you were crazy for already starting this but…
Hammaker > HRC
Hymas > PC Kawi
(Rumor mill of course)
How about where does Justin Cooper go 2027 with Deegan being full time 450?
This gonna be 60 something pages like the 2026 Silly Season Thread I started.
Can we start the 2026 season first? Please?
The 450 team has been 3 guys since JCoop moved up, so as long as he keeps delivering and Star's happy with him, why would that change just because of Deegan?
What’s deegans actual status? Does anyone know about his 450 deal?
Sexton signed until 2028, is that signed in pencil or pen? 🤣
Pit Row
I hope this doesn't turn out like the Prado story. Star or HEP would be his last factory option at that point...
Hopefully last year was just a fluke with Prado. If he don't perform this year does Cohen take his spot next year?
who retires next?
There's a newer thread for this question..
Chase Sexton to factory Beta in 2027 stamp it.
Hammaker to Honda, Hymas to PC. You hear it here 2nd 😂
Not a lot of movement in the 450 but it looks like 250 will be fun
I saw a lot of comments on that video like “Already? Cover the races, who gives a crap about this.” But right now is when all the guys on 1 year deals will be working out their deals for next year. If their 2027 deals start on October 1 this year, that’s less than 9 months away.
Matthes on Triumph.
"But one wonders if they take a swing on Justin Cooper or Aaron Plessinger next year for the 450 class and then hire a few more 250 guys."
Swap Moto on JCoop.
"The New Yorker is connected with many team switch rumors for 2027, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up. It is a nice position to be in, considering his 450 ride with Star began as a part-time outdoors only affair."
Edit: I know what today is, but Swap's is from Monday.
