What would happen to me, if I were cought smuggling illegal contraband into a foreign country, for the sole purpose of destroying said country from the inside out? Would people get on a motorcycle racing forum and praise me as some sort of hero, unjustly stricken down for my actions? Would they blame it (incorrectly) on the sitting U.S.  President?

Doesn't even have to be for destroying their country, try smuggling a single joint for personal use into a nice country like Japan and see what happens.

I did six months in jail, in TEXAS, for less than one ounce. Cartridge and/or Dab is a felony in any amount.

Holy-fucking-shit!!!! Here it would depend on some other factors, like myself as a decent guy with no record and not even a ticket in the last 15 years and not being obnoxious, very high chance nothing would happen. A tweeker with a long record on parole being a douche, good chance there would be something.

I had bought it legally in Oklahoma, had the receipt that I paid the tax.

The seizure of the tanker sounds legit.  The marketing of it could perhaps be a bit better.

It sounds like the vessel was seized due to legalities that were settled in court.  No issues with that for me.  Not even really sure who actually owns the ship at the moment, I've seen mentions that it was a Russian oil magnate and that it was flying a Guyanese flag, but nothing very in depth at all.

Lumping this in with all of the other BS and then telling Colombia "You're next!" is pretty stupid.  It shouldn't even be tied into any messaging that includes firing on the alleged drug smuggling boats.  It just makes it seem questionable to people who don't/won't take the time to read more than a headline and see that the seizure is something that has been adjudicated already and it was basically the proper next step in enforcing the law.  Any questions about the alleged drug smugglers shouldn't transfer to this event, but for some reason the administration seems to want to tie them together and in effect almost delegitimize the seizure to a point.

I can honestly say that I smelled more weed in Texas in an average day than I do here in Oregon or did in Washington before moving south........

Agree, but I don't think it delegitimizes the seizure as it pertains to the core reason (Iran), it just weakens the other angles where they're trying to get that mileage out of it.

Legally, no.  But in the court of public opinion?  I'd say that it does for many people.  This should be something that 90%+ of Americans understand and support, but the attempt by the administration to tie it into the drug smuggling boat mess and attempting to justify killing some of the people involved after the first strike eliminated the threat is naturally going to skew that quite a bit.

At least he can proclaim seizing a large tanker. The largest ever, actually.  Dude just can’t help himself.

Largest?   Its YUGE !

Or shoot down Civilian Airliners…?

It’s interesting, some of the “Whatabouts” coming from people that don’t have the ability to know or remember who’s done what around the globe these last 15-20 years.

They don’t know or remember that…

Russia invaded Ukraine TWICE

Russia shot down a 777 over Europe

Russia has preformed outright Genocide on The Ukraine

Chinese, North Koreans, Africans…and persons from other regions have been found, captured or killed in The Ukrainian War

Russian, Chinese and Iranian drones have progressively invaded Western European airspace recently.

Russian and Chinese Shadow Fleets are wreaking Civilian Communications havoc around the globe

China has “Cleansed Itself” of its own Muslims.

Venezuela/Maduro has murdered all significant known Political Opposition (some survivors exist due to the U.S./the west …sneaking them out).

So your justification is because other countries the US has labeled "bad actors" do bad things, it's OK for the US to also do bad things?

We don’t do no fu-fu beef in Texas.

We’ve perfected the importation of Mexican weed. Unknown to most, Cowboys in the West consumed large amounts of cannabis.

There’s 51 active MX tracks in Texas at last count. We aren’t shutting down tracks, ours are flourishing and we are building more.

Sorry, to have to break the harsh reality of truth to you, but Commiefornia fuckin’ sucks! Please keep that lunacy contained. Thanks.
