I do not want anyone blown up or killed, but I do believe in peace through strength. One of two things will happen and that is, Cartels don't give a shit and continue and try the same methods utilizing "threatened family men"(for the record I am of belief this is happening) which will end in the same exact fashion, the Cartel losing a ton of money and product. Or they get the picture and more than likely flood Canada with more drugs and try and get it across the northern border.

First option sucks for human life no doubt about it.  But say it saves one extra shipment of fentanyl coming in the country because they know it is an automatic loss of product. That alone saves millions of lives. If you were to catch and release said criminals... what is to stop them from coming right back on the very next boat? Same exact scenario as Saving Private Ryan letting the german soldier go back to the front lines, just to kill more Americans.  Were all German soldiers bad men? No they were not. But it is not our responsibility to police that emotional barrier.  They are bringing the deadliest chemical in the world to our shores period.  Cartels are terrorist organizations.... Organization....key word.  Of course they are going to do illegal evil things like sending innocent men on boats. Perhaps that is a political stunt they are pulling so people like yourself get upset? But it doesn't help protect our country and the people inside of it.  That is the bottom line

Well, the chemicals used to make Fentanyl in Mexico come from China. Mexico is just assembling the product. Since Maduro already has a good relationship with China, why would it be a stretch to think that they would be doing the same thing that Mexico is doing?

I don't have proof either way, but all the pieces are certainly in place for that to happen.

No no, his google AI search lmao told him the cities they make it in specifically. Furthermore, them poor fisherman were just trying to make an honest living by trying to bring hard narcotics into our country. Clearly, these individuals have a lot to offer for our country Am I right?

A big reason it kills people is that they do not know it is in whatever they are taking . Its not really a matter of street stuff being stronger, its the unknown that illegal Fentanyl brings.

Its great that there are meds that can help people in extreme  pain. I just wish they would put more effort into developing some that are safer, less addiction and less potential for overdose. The Pharmaceutical industry is as much to blame for developing drugs that become recreational drugs.

Actually the concentration is much more pure and potent. The more potent, the less volume you need to smuggle.

Right, they continue to do it anyways.  Sending them back does nothing, I agree take out the facilities and cut off the head of the snake. I agree with the dog and pony show.   If deemed a terrorist organization, then treat it as such and take them out.

You think we are just killing innocent people? We are also in the middle of creating a deterrent, setting the precedent. It is easy to sit there and say we should do this or that. Truth is, sending the “fisherman” lmao back is just a cycle.

To think we stop every single shipment is asinine. If one goes through the cracks it’s a ton of American lives at risk. Weigh your options. Them or us. Pretty simple.

I would like to know more about these guilt and innocence determinations. Trust of the government and taxes and a love for alphabet agencies has never been so high.

Maybe you should use some AI to find out the distance between the US and where those boats are bombed. And then please explain how they would manage to bring narcotics into the country.

Gotta love it. I bet it was MUCH higher when auto pen was in office right? You know the same people who utilized the fbi and cia to go after democrats opponent? The same ones who told us covid didn’t come from a lab? The ones who told us women aren’t women and men can be women? The same ones who flooded this country with illegal immigrants on purpose? Those same people?

Forgive me, I don’t trust anyone in government. All I am saying. Drugs bad, I don’t mind blowing up drug boats. Doesn’t matter what kind of drug.

If a gun was to my head that n American life vs boat farmer life? I choose American. Including if they immigrated and went through due process then they have and deserve all the rights we have.
The fact that you’re defending people bringing drugs to the country is astonishing.

I don't think that's how it works.  A milligram is a milligram.  Its been awhile since I was on pain meds and really researched them. And talked with the Dr.s at the pain clinic . But Fentanyl is already 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times stronger than Morphine mg for mg.

The thing making illegal Fentanyl more dangerous than legal stuff is that there less control over how much of the drug is in whatever they make out of it. Perhaps it sometimes is weaker , but the legal stuff is made at max strength and mixed with fillers.  So You may get a pill or patch, etc. and 99% of it is filler.

If You do have info that it can be made stronger other than by just more of it, please post a link . I'm curious to see what it says since everything I've heard and seen says a mg is a mg. Legal  Fentanyl is just as deadly as Illegal. Its just more accurately labeled as far as what strength You are getting.

The illegally made stuff may have more or less filler when its ready for the end use.  Funny story , I found out that one of the over the counter homeopathic  substances my mom used to use was also used for cutting cocaine. My mother was picking some up and there was a customer picking up a 50 pound  container of it and the person at the register told my mom that its not just for mixing into Your tea to help with a sore tooth.

I know that pot has been messed with to be stronger than it was in the 60's. My mom tried some 20 or 30 years ago and it had already changed so much that she didn't like it anymore.

I don’t care where it is bombed. If drugs are on the boat, blow it up. Drug smuggler = bad  all day

Except for Johnny Depp in Blow.

I love how asking a question about innocence and guilt now makes people unAmerican. Pretty sure that's the least American thing I will hear today. And that's Maga in a nutshell, the people hollering about patriotism the loudest, being the worst patriots understanding the least about America.

That's great, but what is there that tells us these people were innocent or guilty? And I'm not referring to a court case, but anything. What is it? I'd prefer you were able to answer of the top of your head, because if you've personally determined they're guilty as you said above, then you should know and shouldn't have to go digging to find it. I see the stories and I can't determine anything, good or bad. I can't agree with it or disagree with it. However, I do know that the whole "staying in the fight" thing about people clinging to a boat after a frigging firebomb went off in it rings of black-hearted anti-Christian and un-American utter lying bullshit.

That absolutely not true

The first women to graduate Ranger School (2015)

Capt. Kristen Griest

Capt. Shaye Haver

They graduated on August 21, 2015, after completing:

The same physical standards

The same graded patrols

The same recycled phases (they recycled like many men do)

No alternate or modified requirements

Rumors that standards were lowered

These came mostly from social media, but the official findings said:

No events, times, distances, or patrol requirements were lowered.

No special exceptions for women except the same recycle opportunities available to all

no women has passed BUD/S yet

What some people don’t even realize is that cocaine is also used in the USA for medical use. If you look up the classification on cocaine it a class 2 drug, meaning it has a medical use. Fentanyl is also a class 2 drug. Class 1 drugs have no medical use. In the USA this is thing like heroin, meth, pot, LSD, MDMA.

Marijuana actually does have medical uses. It was prescribed to my grandmother during chemotherapy to help her with appetite and, nausea induced by the chemo itself.

There’s also millions of medical cards for marijuana out there.

If you understand how Fentanyl works, then you will understand.  Trying to downplay the significance and danger of a drug is no joke. It takes VERY little to kill a human roughly 2mg which is 2-3 pebbles of table salt.  Each boat contains hundreds of pounds of this stuff. Do the math

This doesn't even include the cocaine and other substances.  But hey... I get your point.....

Marijuana is Federally classified as a class 1 medication to this date. States have legalized it, but that being said Federally law supersedes state law. If the federal government wanted to crack down on Marijuana it could go and shut down state that it legal in. Not all state is it legal in either. So that’s what is going on with that.

That would be a wild web to untangle if they ever did do that. I'm not sure if its normal or not, but there is a place being built next door to my shop that will grow and have a retail storefront to purchase marijuana.  In some of the documents that I got to view being an abutter, they show that they are profit sharing with the city.  I've never heard of any other business doing such a thing other than the Casino that is one of my other neighbors.

If this is normal for that industry than many local governments are a part of the operation in a way.  The way its written out was not a tax, it clearly stated a profit share percentage.

In Mexico You can go buy prescription pain meds and other drugs that would be prescription only right off the shelves. A friends parents went on a cruise and stocked up on meds while they were in Mexico.  Sometimes I wonder if they did that in the US if it would help stop the abuse or make it worse?  I'm not aware of if Mexico has the same problems with opiods that the US has.

This was in 1993. When it was illegal by both, federal and, state.

You also said, it had no medical use. Which, being prescribed medically, contradicts that statement. Don’t move the goal post.

Have a good weekend gentlemen.

Here's Joe Biden calling for strikes "where they live" on "narco-terrorists".

A lot of people in here that voted for old Joey would lose their effing mind if Trump went through with this.

Anyone care to explain the pivot?

"If one goes through the cracks it’s a ton of American lives at risk."

A ton of American's at 200lb each is 11 Americans, you previously said...

"Well, each one of those boats contains drugs that will kill millions of young kids, adolescents, and adults."

Which is it 11 or millions, can you narrow it down?

Have you been outside, say, in the last year? I’ve never seen this amount of Zombies. They’re increasing their range, what used to be a decent part of town, not so much.

My hometown has turned in to a Third World shithole. I’ve been to enough Third World shitholes, to know one when I see it.

77.3% of statistics are made up……..

Thankful for your transparency. Please allow me to disregard any further opinion you may have of the USA!

He said "a ton of American lives", not a ton of Americans.

Perhaps read more slowly, or ask your mom for help.

I didn’t deem it no medical use. What I am saying is Federal law says Marijuana is a class 1 drug. Federal law says class 1 drugs have no medial use. There are state that medical and recreational marijuana are legal. But here’s the caveat Federal law supersedes States laws. So if the Federal government wanted to enforced the legality of marijuana it could. The Fed could stop the state from allowing it to be sold.

So no goal post moving, you just don’t have a clue on laws and how it works with the state or the feds
