2026 YZ125 jetting

Hi group! 

Does anyone here know the YZ125 jetting specs? Supposedly revised from earlier years. 

Asking as I have a 2022, with the GYTR jetting setup, but still have a severe lean bog.

Check the YZ125X 2023 jetting thread here at Vital.

My current YZ125 2022 setup for Finnish sand track:

185 main

50 pilot

35 powerjet

5.5 slide

CCG needle, #3

Air screw 3/4 turns 

36:1

 

Still need to go up 52-55 pilot and I believe it should be good "all season" setup with air screw adjustment only. I'm nowhere close to expert in jetting, just wanted to compeletely get rid off that bog as it creates not so fun situations in deep-ish sand (as I'm also not so expert in riding Smile ).

I got my slide from https://www.ktmschnellversand.de/ . Might have been the last one as it seemed to be very old stock. KTM part number is 54631235055, good luck. Maybe the #7 slide will work too as it is still standard in 2026 but haven´t tested. Check the other thread for needle holder information, you need different non-spring-loaded needle holder too.

Needles I have purchased from https://www.frankmxparts.com/ and https://braigasen.se/

I have tried at least N3CW, CCK, N8RW, and always felt that the richer needle / clip I went, it was always better until CCG #4 clip started to feel tad rich.

I'm very curious to see what the '26 YZ125 will be running for jetting as well. Also curious how the revised intake will be... I want to get one but not going through the jetting nightmare again if it isn't fixed. Looking forward to a review once someone gets ahold of one..

My guess is that intake box is only modified so that it fits same throttle position sensor as in yz250 which has cable pointing downwards. But just a guess.

I just had a 26 on the dyno, jetting out of the crate was

PJ 65

I have a 5.5 slide here which I think came stock on a Beta with a PWK.  So you may be able to source a 5.5 as an OEM Beta part.
