Just read on the racer-x site you can submit questions for Aldon, which got me thinking did he really split with James and if so who is he working with now?

Here's my question:

What substances are they not testing for under FIM/AMA procedures?

They never tested an American rider. Not in USA. It would probably be a disaster for Us-MX. If you want to know if illegal products been used. Look at the cheekboone if it looks like the front of a tractor you know. If the athlete use toothbraces age over 15 you know. If athlete doesnt' sweat too much even when hot you know. If athlete have a roadcycle-trainer you know. If the athlete lapping everybody in the states you know 100% .If you are mx-athlete and doesnt' now about that you will never be better than top 20 sometimes if you are extreme talented top 10 once or a while. Thats hard facts. No testing+money= Cheating simple.

I love it how some people actually think taking any kind of peds make you a faster rider. Helps with re-coop time no doubt.....but speed is something you are born with. The speeds like JS , RC , RV , Dungey ect..........no matter what pills you take , or how rich you are......you can't buy that kind of speed.....you are born with it!

I'd have a question for this guy.
We've heard about the diet, biking cardio, and the weight training, but what form of yoga was Carmichael put through that allowed him to endure such incredible crashes and spring to his feet completely unscathed? How many sessions a week is recommended? The dude was like rubber.

Ricky has had the ability to crash hard, with out getting seriously hurt since he was eight years old.

With that said, anyone using an ex cycling guy as a trainer is suspect. IMPO, not a single world class cyclist is clean.

No facts here guys, just my opinion.

I am saying that his ability to escape injury is just his natural make up, and I don't believe that has anything to do with performance enhancing drugs.

Then again in my personal opinion, and it's just my opinion. Anyone who is being trained by an ex world class cyclist like Baker, is more than likely taking some type of performance enhancing drugs.

I dont doubt they take nutritional supplements, nothing is wrong with that. But illegal supplements? No way, not RC, i seriously doubt it.

Buy the way adamdf

I am not even sure that it was illegal for the most part of RCs career. Dave or some of the others here might be able to either correct me, or shed some light on this.

So what your saying Jim is that RC, JS, and my nephew Ryan are and were taking PED's
while they are and were racing SX and MX. I know one thing that is fact and not my personal opinion is that Ryan Villopoto from the time he got on a dirtbike and played soccer had the "natural ability" to go full out for a much longer time than anybody he
played or rode against and in the heat was able to continue strong when others withered
on the vine. Some people with natural abilities don't need PED's, its the ones without that try to compete at their level that are usually using. I don't know about RC and JS, but
I know Ryan hired Aldon because he was the trainer of 2 of the best all time racers in this
sport, not so he could get hooked up on PED's, he doesn't need them to compete.

As you should already know. I am always on the side of the rider, but we all have opinions, and my opinion is, world class cycling is as dirty as it get's when it comes to PEDS.

That's my opinion, and if that offends you then I apologize, it's not meant to.

I would ask him basic things like:

how many miles a day / week do the riders run.
how much moto per day
diet schedule, mon, tues, wed, thurs, fri, raceday. carbs or protein
how to avoid overtraining, what are the signs
what if the rider gets sick.
any other training tips, i remember when hyperbaric chambers were in style
how much sleep

Gary Semics used to be the trainer of choice for mx . Now it seems to be trainers who were involved in cycling. Maybe it means means nothing but for sure it is well known that doping is prevalent in cycling.
