Mathias Jorgensen career is over due to a brain injury.

Oh that sucks man. I watched his vids back in 2020 doing the nationals & Florida races. I noticed this yr he got some good finishes again.  Not sure why I remember this but how could I forget. The LL double header or back to back weeks. I drove through TN. On race day. Entering Ga. I drove through a rainbow. I always thought they would be 2 ft thick.  Try thin as cardboard. Lesson hv Fun on your path because the rainbow actually Sucks. You know the pot of gold on the other side of the rainbow, everyone chases.

I really liked his Vlogs on You Tube and going along on his AMA MX journey. I am glad to see he can continue life with his family as some are not that lucky in this sport. I thought he was racing bicycles for awhile at some point. Best Of Luck To Him !!!! 

After experiencing a TBI myself it sounds like he is doing pretty well but it is a long uphill battle relearning your basic functions like walking talking and reading.

He was taken out by a group of medics running over the track behind a blind jump without the flagger waving the flag. It was nasty and completely unnecessary.
