Kawi 250f question!!??? please help

hey guy some of you may remember from my last few post i was supposed to get a 2010 or 2011 suzuki rmz 250f. Well i went dirtbike shopping and the 2010 sold a day before i got there and they want $7700 for the 2011, so me and my mom said well come back and see if thats worth the money. I went to the other mx store in my town and they have a[u][u][b] brand new kawai 250f left over for $5700 OTD!! Is this a good deal for kawi, in my case i think it is but is this what a 2010 kawi should for?? thanks!!

Theres definitely not enough difference in the '11 RMZ to justify paying an additional $2000 for it. Get the Kawi

Kaw is a great bike. Motors are really strong and suspension is good.
Thats' not a bad buy. Just as long as you realize, it won't turn like a Suzuki and it doesn't have fuel injection.

That is a real good price and you cannot go wrong with the Kaw. We have two of them and they are great bikes.

Let him know about the KXF and see if he will go down on the Suzuki. If he doesn't want to budge, then get the KXF. If he gives you a comparable discount then go with the RMZ. You'll have to decide what a comparable discount would be. Look up prices at Motorcycle-usa or NADA or something like that. My opinion would be to offer him $5000 for the KXF to see if he will bite. If it was me, I would look for a KTM 150SX somewhere or a new left over RM250 or YZ250.

Definitely pick the kawi, trust me you will not regret it... The RMZ250 is a turd compared to the KXF.

rmz is a turd? thats funny every kawi guy who rode my 250f said it was way faster then their kawis......and after riding them back to back the only thing i liked about the kawi bikes were the stability without aftermarket clamps they turn no where near as good as the zook not to say the kawi is a bad bike just not my preference id take a 2010 honda 250f over the kawi too just because of the better turning

Haha a 2010 RM-Z makes the carb equipted Kawi it's bitch. Remember the Kawi has a carb and the Suzuki doesn't, and there is a difference.

I own the 2010 KX 250f and 450, and they are fantastic motorcycles.

I've ridden the 2011 KX250F and prefer the low end power of the '10 model over the fuel injected 011.

The single spring fork is also a pain for suspension guys too. it was waaay to soft for me.


Get the '10.
