Wasnt a bad night of racing, i didnt go but watched in on the box.

Sounds like they had a fair bit of rain preceding the event, wasnt a mudder but the track looked pretty slick.

Kevin won the 3 mains (3x7 laps with 5 min gap).
First one he came from about 4th, good battle with Hansen and Brayton on his way to the front.
Second one he started 2nd, bit of a race with Hansen, passed him then had Brayton catching before justin crashed.
Third one he holeshot and won pretty easy.

Josh finished second and took over the series lead

Justin 3rd.

Alessi only got one good start and then got docked 15 seconds while in 4th for jumping the triple under caution, really not having a good time on the track down here.

Brayton beat Kevin in the one lap shootout final.

Looked like jake Moss crashed hard...again. Old Mate?

250 Class

Matt Moss won all 3 (3x6 laps 5 min gap in between)
PJ had 2 seconds and crashed in the last, finished but way back.
Steven Clark got 2nd overall
Ryan Marmont 3rd.

Kim Ashkenazi was on a 250 2stroke, almost pulled the holeshot in the first main, then grabbed it in the second.

Quite a few crashes, hope no serious injuries.

Bilko might have broke a record for the most puns every 30 seconds. I couldn't stop laughing! Much improved show this week.

I've been watching the highligts and I'm a bit curious about Matt Moss. My question to you aussies is if he's more of a supercross specialist or is it just that he is much more confident on his home court? If it's the first of the two I think it's a shame he didn't get to show his SX skills in the US.

I realize the competition in the aussie lites class probably isn't as stiff as the 450 class in the US nationals, yet it puzzles me why he didn't do better this year.

Matt Moss broke his spine ang wrist just after sighning with Decoster, he has only been on a bike 2 weeks since august and will again sit out this week to let his wrist heel, he is not riding near his best yet.

Is there superx this weekend coming?
If there is, do you mean Matt is sitting that out?

No he will race next weekend, he had 3 ops on his wrist during his american stint but had to ride over there to pay his bills,it is now healing.

Believe me I'm not trying to bash on him, quite on the contrary. I just think it's a bummer that he won't be getting a ride in US this year, where I believe a rider of his caliber deserves to be. But perhaps home is where he'd rather be, I don't know? Just speculating.

I was really impressed with him and the way he dominated super x last year. Hope he can do good this year aswell!

They race for 7 min, stop for 5, race for 7, stop for 5, race for 7.

I believe the 5 minutes starts when the winner crosses the finish line.

K-dub is the man. How gnarly would it be if he came out and won the title in 2011??
