announcers weege and stew backed by JT
and the production show yer putting on is still shit.
bad cameras, split screens, drones, overlays...Will C. stories
geezus stop over producing this. just show the track and let them commentate.
they(nbc) are their own worst enemy.
Will is terrible, nails on the chalkboard. everyone i know cringes the minute they cut to her. i have no problem with female, georgia set a very high standard
If you arent listening to it already, JT and BT's podcast is awesome. And, yes, Bubba and Weege are phenomenal.
I had this thought last weekend watching free Moto America coverage on YouTube. Their production and crew is so much better than the shit we pay for on peacock
Seems like they could get a better view of the starts. They always show the outside gates and then drone angle from behind the riders. Would be better if we could see the inside gates were all the top guys are lined up and the a drone view from the front. Also, put a mic at the starting line so we can here the bikes rev. Just me 2 cents.
Stew sounded different this weekend

Are they at a Critical Juncture?
Must situation
The overlay during the ad breaks for NBC broadcast was horrible. Blocked the rider half the time, or cut of their body and could only see the bike.
JFC are the producers even watching their own production.
That top three whatever display on the top of the screen was terrible
Just getting into the Townley/JT$ podcast. Its intelligent, and nice to hear a different take on things from Ben, though its a bit dry.
Not a fan of Weege's hyped up over excitement.
Great at times...but a lot of pushing/making something out of nothing at a higher decibel than needed.
Plus the forced laughs at every little comment James makes. James is great, but he's really not that funny.
When split screen is on my brain doesn't know what to do, I miss more when it's on.
Jason is a student of the old school broadcaster game, and I wouldn’t be surprised to find out he’s interested in moving up at NBC or another network to do some traditional sports broadcasting. That’s the style he uses.
Apparently English isn’t your mother tongue. If it is you’re considerably uneducated.
I’m thankful to have the opportunity to watch motocross every Saturday. The commentators are fine.
That dude with the exotropic eyes is the perfect meme! I also think they stay zoomed in too much. I like to see who is just behind or ahead of the targeted riders in view.
Feedback is a gift and everyone involved acts like the fans are just complaining because they're stupid rednecks. Yes, it does take some critical thinking to apply meaningful changes from feedback, but it feels like the people involved just get personally offended. Not great.
With that said, I didnt notice anything terrible on the broadcast last weekend. My wife did say that Cairoli's bike was giving out and Will C was just going on and on about something else while the cameras were on Tony.
I noticed that too. When I first tuned in, I was wondering who the "new guy" was in the booth at first. It kind of sounded like he had a cold or something.
