Speaking of dancing I have this theory that Jett being a national level dancer when he was back in Australia helped him to learn how to control his body and be aware of his physical positioning helped him on the dirt bike with the whole technique focus these days.  Jett used abd controlled muscles as a kid that most dirt bike racers aren’t aware of.

He does look pretty bendy.🤣

Im not saying everybody is a “cowboy” but I literally grew up on a horse farm.  We had 8 horses and boarded 30.  My dad was a nationally known trainer for western pleasure and hunter jumper.  I also raced with Aaron’s dad when he would come out to Dirt Country and do some MX.

They say Aaron’s daughter rides horses and they own a couple.  That’s enough to wear a cowboy hat legitimately.

Also, sorry to break it to you. You have a hick accent if you live in Cincinnati.  I guarantee the rest of the country views you as a hick.  I have a PhD, work in big tech, now live in DC, first thing people ask me, “you from Alabama?”  Southern Ohio have a hick accent.

I never expected cowboys in Ohio but it’s true.  I went to school with some people from farther up north into Canada that are huge country fans and red necks.

I don’t think Jett did much Loretta’s or US AM.  Overall Jalek had a big amateur career in the states while Jett was still doing things like world minis and training abroad.  Jalek still expects to podium.

Yaa I think they give it to whoever wins a certain class, or has the most points out of 2 classes for that award. They don’t give it out from the eye test. I like Jalek and always root for him, I was just thinking that even back then the eye test was saying Jett was going to be goooooddddddddd. And I think Jett was still 15 at Loretta’s that year too racing the A class. He turned 16 and went pro the next week at Unadilla I think.

Jalek didn’t care if he hurt his foot at the last race.  He’s a racer.  We haven’t seen Jett look like he has overcome as much adversity but getting hurt or having bad luck is a quick difference between a top 10 and champ.

My first name start with a J and the first 4 letters of my last name are Alek, there’s no way I’m not rootin for Jalek lol

Most of Ohio is rural farms and livestock. Lexington, Kentucky isn’t that far from Cincinnati and Kentucky is horse country.

Ohio is more about riding horses, competing in dressage, hunter jumper, etc not roping cows like in Texas.

New AMA rule.  Once you have locked the championship in 250s, you have to ride the remaining outdoors on a 450.

Yup, if Deegs isn’t as fast as Jett I think he’ll just work harder like RC did and bridge whatever gap is there. At least outdoor.

Tom had setup problems last year.  It looks more challenging with whatever extra sand they brought in to wash out or swap.  It isn’t one-lined but just deeper and slick.

Buying horses for your daughter does not, in fact, make you a cowboy. Maybe we should revisit the definition:

Cowboy - noun

1. a man, typically one on horseback, who herds and tends cattle, especially in the western US and as represented in westerns and novels.

Does AP herd cattle? Hell, does he even own cattle? Because I believe the answer is no

If you ride a dirt bike like AP does feet off the pegs buck wild that’s bareback rodeo cowboy riding to me.  Let’s see a cowboy do a Southwick moto.

A dirt bike rider is called a “rider” or “racer”.  With the hell they go through at any level with skill and fitness they deserve some kind of language.  Maybe not “cows”.

Lol, because I see through a fake persona??

And let's be clear, I actually like AP. Dude is always smiling and has a great personality naturally. It's why I get annoyed when he fakes this cowboy persona to appeal to a certain demographic

Tomac is an actual cowboy yet you don't see him acting like that

Edit: it's also very telling you feel the need to insult me personally instead of sticking to the topic. Almost like you have no actual rebuttal to what I'm saying
