Problem when on Vital

Typing is fine on iPad as long as it is in portrait view. Landscape and the reply box jumps all over the place.

We just made a change that appears to have fixed the iPad problem (this post is from my iPad and it’s not glitching). We’re hoping that it will also fix the problem some of you are having with phones. If not, we’ll dig into that. Please let me know. 

Same here I hv to  type a word repeatedly. It keeps changing the spelling .  Can’t post pics anymore either . I had to buy a new phone charging issues .  I purchased it new yrs eve at 23.30 yeah trucking life. 

Are you guys still experiencing the problem with iPads? We made a change last week to address it. Any improvement with phones?

My iphone is ok but my Imac will not connect to vital.  Says something about stolen address.

iPad is not jumping around when posting.

If you’re still having trouble, please be as specific as possible with your feedback (your device type and model, its approximate age, OS, version, browser, what type of page on our site you’re having trouble with, what you’re trying to do on that page, etc.). We were able to replicate and fix earlier iPad problems. Everything is working fine on our devices now, so we need feedback in order to continue troubleshooting. 

The glitching is gone on the iPad - all good! 

On Android the best way I can describe it is a delay or lag when scrolling and typing . It comes and goes for awhile now .   Right now it's fine . Yesterday it wasn't 

We need more info in order to look into this. Please provide your device type (phone or tablet), model, its approximate age, OS version, browser, and browser version. Any info about your connection type (cellular or wifi) and ballpark speed would also be helpful. Thanks.

Samsung A13 5G . Idk 5 years old or so ? Android is my extent of knowledge on the OS . Google browser . Mostly wi fi . Don't know the speed.  Haven't seen the glitch in a couple days now . 

I appreciate the info. Time of day isn't likely to be the problem here. Looks like you're using the built-in Samsung browser. Next time you're having trouble, please try using Google Chrome. Chrome and Safari are 90%+ of our traffic, so we test extensively on them.

The delay and lag has been back for me the past few days. Its pretty bad today to the point I dont even read topics.

The delay is happening to me too and it blows.

Is the site glitchy when you try to type a response, when you’re just scrolling/reading, or both scenarios? Please include details about your setup - device type (phone, tablet, desktop), model, its approximate age, OS version, browser, browser version, WiFi or cellular, and if your connection is fast or slow. 

Pixel 5. Glitchy scrolling and typing. Frequent many other forums with no issue. Happens on wifi and cellular. Seems fast every where else. 

I dont know what my device is lol its 8 years old and not an I phone. Works great everywhere else. Any tablet I have has the same issue.
