Early 40's cop here.  I had a plethora of low T symptoms.  An avid gym goer and one time men's physique competitor at the local level.  My progress had halted in every measurable way.  Strength and weight was a at a total plateau, despite trying every trick I could think of.  Sleep was often broken.  I was Irritable and short tempered.  Libido was much less.  I did make a change with work that lessened  some stress, which did give me a general mood improvement after a few months.

Sure enough,  when I had my numbers checked, I was in the normal range, but towards the bottom of that scale.  I care less about the numbers, and more about my well being, so a few years ago I decided to hop on.  I am now at the high end for even a younger man, and I'm fine with it.  Every single one of my symptoms went away,  yes including my strength and size plateau.   I did go from 210 at 6'1 to around 225 and that's where I'm most comfortable.

My prostate is fine,  my estrogen is also fine.  Hemoglobin is elevated , so I give blood twice a year.  I take 175mg a week,  split into two injections.  Unless something changes to the negative, I'll be on this forever.

Do you mind if I ask what your hemoglobin count is? That’s where my troubles are at. I take a shot every two weeks and give...

Sorry to derail the TRT talk here but just making sure we are all happy that the 38 was sick and still went 1-1 at hottest race of year. Nothing to see here 😇 - weird NONE of his teammates seem to have this endurance even though they all train together 🧐.

None of the athletes in the class have that endurance!
Do we believe all the other athletes, teams and trainers at the pinnacle of the sport are getting it wrong??

The gap is too big to be believed.
And all by a rider who doesn’t appear to have an energy efficient riding style..

You guys are confusing superior talent with superior fitness. Just accept that Deegan might just be faster than them. His 95% beats their 95%. Him maintaining a lead might take 90% while everyone else is chasing someone and going 95%. The greats always make it look easier than it is, usually because they're great. Most of this Deegan speculation is just cope from people who cannot accept that he might be great.

You might be right.

One question- are you in denial about PEDs being used in this sport?

Really? Cool. It should be a good bike for him. With his track record, I wonder why more riders haven’t trained with him?

Thats true, but he beat a bunch of other monsters doing the same cocktails.

And thats probably how it is in moto. Whatever ped's work well is going to be known. All the top guys are on the same stuff. It all still comes down talent, work ethic, desire (and a little luck - good or bad). Unpopular opinion - maybe - but i, goimg to say most of that is out of our control, genetics, the environment you're in, I guess self bwliwf is up to the rider, but luck sure af isnt.

Neither here nor there but I think LA had a headstart on the state of the art at the time with dr. Ferrari. I don't think everyone has the same program and I think the large majority of moto guys are not doing anything at all

Why wouldn’t you take advantage of science if it makes life better?

Yes, it's widely known/understood that LA's program was far more advanced/effective relative to his competitors.

i was just answering your question. heavy aerobic exercise will "use up" hemoglobin. hct in low 50s is not uncommon. not medical advice obviously and if you have a family history of stroke, are heavily MRNA'd or unhealthy, you should be very careful.
