Anyways, there´s a common ground tho, half the guys hated Hamilton when he was winning all, then half the guys hated Verstappen when he was winning all so i guess there´s that.

You gotta stop. Some spergs on Vital dont represent the majority. And when I'm at the track riding everyone isnt saying how they hate Jett. Just like any top rider he has fans and detractors. Like Deegan. Like Chase. Chase gets shit on here like crazy. Jett is great. I like him. Some dont. Its not because hes Australian. Its most likely because they see him as this all mighty anointed one whos dethroning their heroes

Definitely not. Maybe if this was a motocross site, it would then be appropriate to acknowledge the winner of a motocross event.

I have not, until today, leaned into being super annoyed with people’s crappy attitude toward Jett…but man it’s annoying to listen to the extreme measures of cope folks will go to trying to delusion themselves out of respecting the dude.

Yes I was quite surprised by James comments today in relation to that.
If I'm thinking of the same thing I thought he was more saying he believed that Jett was usually probably riding at or near his limit and not 'taking it easy' even though it looked like he was.. (Like when he was in third in the first moto)
I do agree that it was just one bad moto though

I don’t know if he tried to create some false low key level of excitement for the upcoming weekends.
Last weekend it was Tomacs bike holding him back and now when Jett’s bike looked horrible and even Stewie Wonder could have seen that. JS refused to see that something was clearly off compared to how he normally look on the bike.
Not one of his best takes.
To me it was clear that neither Jett or his bike is where they need to be for him to be at his best. But if going 3-1 is a bad race, I don’t see him being challenged for the title over a whole summer unless he hurt himself.
This was a mature, smart ride from Jett. He didn’t take any unnecessary risks trying to get to 1st place in the 1st moto. He accepted the 3rd place finish. Went back to the rig, regrouped, maybe a few adjustments to the bike, and a moto 2 win.

He looked really wiped out in Swap's "How was your weekend" interview. I dont think his fitness is close to 100% and why would it be? He's just coming off his injury. He put everything into the 2nd moto. I'm not saying he could have caught Eli in the first moto if he really pushed it so I'm not making excuses there. He saw Eli was on a mission when he got into 3rd

Apparently you weren't here when MX Geoff and the Gate Drop guy were in here, they were the most anti-American guys ever in here and they both are part of the MXGP media. They literally would start threads to fuel the MXGP vs AMA BS....MX Geoff got banned for creating a thread starting a false rumor about Webb going to the GPs and then feeding the negativity. The Gate Drop guy did a piece that appeared to be an interview with Kenny making it look like Ken said he hated Herlings by taking excerpts out of other peoples interviews...It got to the point to where Ken commented on it by saying that he had never met the guy, never talked to him and didn't even know who he was....I put their integrity level at the same as Kooksey.
I find it laughable when some non-American makes a comment about how Americans hate Jett but yet they have never been to a race in America and have never seen the lines for autographs, heard the cheers for him or how the majority of the fans are as mind blown by his riding ability and the things he does on a motorcycle....For the most part the fans here love Jett and what he does on his bike and I don't get how they think Americans hate Jett??? possibly because they read the above morans websites and they are still spewing the hate??? I wouldn't know because I personally won't waste my time on their pages because of their ant-American rhetoric and their fueling of the MXGP vs AMA feud that they have created....
It's not Jett people dislike. It's his fans.
