Bump. Is this just for the vintage race or is there actually going to be a track?

saw people wanting an update so here we are. Their instagram account @millcreekmx posted a video of the track and it looks legit. I went there about 3 weeks ago and peek back and saw a few jumps. Didn’t go too far back as I didn’t want to get kicked out lol.

they’re holding a practice on October 11 and race on October 12-13. Looks like all bikes are allowed except for modern 4 strokes.

Have you guys seen the video on their home page...wow. 2 minute lap times.

MillCreek Sports is pleased to announce that the inaugural race season at the beautifully designed Barber Motorsports Park, will kick off on June 7-8, 2025.

For the first time in the history of Barber Motorsports Park, both modern and vintage motocross racing will take place. The MillCreek Sports crew, reunited after a three-year break, has come together to design, build, and operate this stunning 1.2-mile (+/-) rolling hill track, featuring a 40-bike gate, spectator viewing areas, and plenty of parking for an up-close experience.

June 7-8, 2025, will mark the Triple Crown, held in conjunction with a double points SEVMX series. The theme, "Where the Past Meets the Present," will feature classes for everyone, from Modern Youth, Amateur, and Vet riders, to Vintage (through 1974), Post-Vintage, and Revolution classes, with ages ranging from 4 years to 70+ years.

This place will be amazing. Barber Motorsports Park is an incredible track

Looking at the video, and the aerial views of the facility on Barbers' Website, the track looks to be only about 300 meters from the Museum.

It's being part of  such a Magnificent  Motorsports Center, it could handle - well, the existing facilities - an event of some magnitude.

A US National there in the coming years, might be a possibility? Though, fitting it into the  reduced Outdoors schedule might be quite hard -  I guess an existing venue would have to bow out.

It could be the opportunity to have National in the South East, that so many have been clamoring for, I'd think

Barber would be a worthy place to take on a National in place of an existing. To say that facility is amazing is a massive understatement.

I rode the first race there last October at a AHRMA race. That track is amazing. Trees, elevation off cambers. Dirt is good. Mill Creek did a great job building the track from scratch. I'm sure they have made some tweeks to it since then. Now it was tamed down for the vintage bikes but the beauty of this place can't be overstated.

Me going slow on my 73 CZ.

Yes, it's real close to the museum and road corse. If you haven't gone there before, it's a must. The Barber Motorsports Festival is again happening in October. Vintage road racing, cross country, trials and MX. Plus they have a huge swap meet and of course the motorcycle museum which is the best in the world.
