On the tariffs, most of these countries have approached Trump, and and he stated that he’s gone easier on the tariffs to allow countries and markets to adjust, and will go back up to the original amount after a certain period (several months). I’m only guessing, but I would imagine this was the thing with China. Of course, the word is that China now is trying to strongarm everyone to not give in to the US (or else).
