Second ride 

he went from 11th back to 9th. wish we could have seen how that transpired. barcia was one. dunno the other. 

I gotta give him credit.  He is doing much better than I expected jumping in mid season.  Good for him and HRC.

Is this about dean or Craig?

I’m pretty sure Dean has been racing in Australia and Christian is coming off a pretty gnarly elbow injury if I’m not mistaken so it’s weird to compare the two.. 

I think Deano got Freezied recently too tho

Australia has not been racing sx since November , he has done the arena cross series in the uk which was in January 

Top 10 is unreal for Dean! 

Maybe he should get the factory Kawi ride that JA21 vacates

Apples and oranges moment: second time the HRC rider gets spanked by Ferrandis.

Tomac, Jett, Hunter, Prado, Anderson, Barcia, just to name a few that are out Wilson lucky to make a main.

Phoenix Hondas sponsors probably revolve around Dylan so if Dylan filled in at HRC it wouldn’t be good for Phoenix. Plus Lars has already said that they’re giving Dylan some me more works parts like a transmission that he can use throughout the outdoor season as well. 

Declaration: I’m an “Absolute DeanO Fan” & I’ve seen him have amazing days and absolutely terrible days where he’s quite literally bleeding out his ass or has a knee that seems to have “buckled” (sooooo gross)…and through all of it…he’s retained that awesome smile and makes everyone around him laugh and enjoy whatever it is they’re doing…he always brings joy to the moment…It’s just who he is and there’s an amazing group of family, friends, fellow racers and fans that can easily validate what I’ve written here….

Now, with that said…if we’re going to look at the Big Picture from HRC’s stand point…Dylan wasn’t the only Honda supported rider they would have considered…and that other rider has even podiumed recently…but, WTF any of that has to do with Lars deciding to utilize DeanO…well, that’s behind my concern…personally, I’d leave my support teams alone. Especially since they seem to be fulfilling their roll(s) quite nicely. 

Also, DeanO’s of a very similar build and weight as one of Honda’s lead riders…that helps with testing and set-up as they develop the bike for their guy(s) going forward…remember, they’re coming back sometime this year. 

And another thing, DeanO is…well, he’s fucking DeanO and I get the feeling there are quite a few folks in here that don’t seem to understand the international following he has and the way he’s represented Honda on other continents as of late. Also, it’s kinda well known that he’s just a great dude to have around and will test his ass off when asked…so, there’s always those helpful inputs.

About last night…DeanO was the 3rd Honda and got beat by the other 2 Honda Support Riders we were previously discussing…all of which were in the Top 10.

I’m thinking that adding another Honda rider to the top ten and…hopefully, the top 5…is what the actual plan is.

Great job by Deano, 7th is very respectable. I think he was mostly inside the top 10, which coming in near the end of the season, when others are up to speed, isn't easy. If this is it, he can go out healthy, and hopefully satisfied with his HRC stint.
