flashback to a few weeks ago....

so james and rv are twattering over how easy it would be for either of them to open up a can...a large family size can of whoop ass on little ole ryan dungey and low and behold, one of em decided to race and "came".."saw" and said "fuck this", twattted rv back and twattered "keep the plaster on a few more weeks...you'll thank me later, oh and don't twatter me again this year"

fucking love it....

he actually made some sense there though so it sounds like he's making the right decision for the long term

I was thinking back to the interview RV gave awhile back joking about how slow everyone looked. I think he was directing it towards Dungey. I think everyone is finally starting to realize that Dungey is faster than he looks.

He may be the real deal after all Wink

It sucks for the fans he isn't gonna be back out there,it is also always nice to see James racing ,regardless.
However,he is better off not going out there for the last 3 rounds. Smile

Why not spend the time getting ready for SX?
Hitting some off season races like Bercy etc....
And come into A1 more then ready.. Wink

I don't see how anyone could possibly be surprised by this....

Well, this confirms Roger picking Short for MXdN was the right choice!

He's a supercross only Guy. He just forgot how to ride a national, Personally I hope Dungey whoops him till Stewart Retires!

I thought Bubba recently stated how bad he wanted to come back and just "crush" everybody. And then it was all about the fans. And then when things weren't going so well it was because "someone" lied to him and Larry. But after watching his multiple near death experiences trying to maintain the smooth pace of Dungey and DeSalle it really is in everybodies best interest that he sit out the rest of the season. It was painful watching him flounder the way he did at the speeds he tries to go. He just doesn't appear to know how to back things down a notch, just rather pull off and load up. Damn shame LB didn't take better notes on bike setup over the years.

A1 should be EPIC!!!

I have been and still am a huge Stewart fan, BUT, that right there is the weakest thing I have ever witnessed in motocross since I started to follow this baddass sport 24/7 way back when Hannah won in the superdome in 78'

Where have all the fighters gone???? Nuthing left butt sissies.

If your not prepared then you didn't prepare.

so go prepare

Quit the gay TV show and start earning your 10 mil per year.

So he says he won't be back till A1, but didn't he announce he was doing some Aussie SX races before A1?

To admit that you would have to risk your entire career to run with Dungey is quite the compliment to Ryan.

It's a shame his ego won't let him race himself back into shape.

I knew this would be the eventual result.....as I stated in another thread, he just lost a fan. Now Im sure he doesnt care all that much about one fan but thats it for me. Im jumping ship to someone that actually races. Dont flame me either I am not writing out of rage or whatever but I am fed up with his direction he is taking and voicing my discontent.

"I hope my fans can understand".....Well we understand, and dont be suprised if you hear a majority of the crowd cheering on Dungey, RV, Reed and Canard.

If James was named to the MXoN Team he would be racing Southwick, I'd bet any amount of money on it, and we wouldn't be hearing this stuff about not being ready to race.

What if any of the 3 riders picked went down and they need a sub? Would James want the spot then?

I'm a big fan of Stewart, but I don't know what to think of James' will to race (and his ego) anymore.

BTW, I think that this just makes the accomplishments of the living legend Ricky Carmichael that much more impressive.

It's really not surprising... San Manuel is just a Supercross team anyway...
