Uhh... No. I'm not taking money out of people's accounts without asking so I don't see how this could ever happen to me.

I want to know how much he's paying profeshenal125 to write his press releases

This made me chuckle 🤭

Looks like the Lawrences' lawyers screwed up by initially filing the case in the wrong court due to jurisdictional issues.

Is it just me or does anyone else think they're pretty unlucky when it comes to choosing advisors/representatives?

Well, I definitely think they should choose someone from outside moto (that is, not Jacob Hayes but someone who can read and write).  Sorry RC, that leaves you out of the running.

Hey Mirtl you skinny jeans wearing fucktard - you're in a 'real time nightmare' because you chose to steal 600K from the Lawrences to spend on crack and hookers, I mean, 'babysitters'.  And by the way the 'industry' is not Cooksey.

this is the most amateur hour thing i've witnessed in a good while. these "big players" are apparently managed by 8th graders on social media.

And still, our "media" has nil to say on one of the bigger stories in a good while.....

I know, the words bush and league don't even begin to describe it...

And meanwhile, we have that turd Gypsy running around saying the sport could be as big as F1!

FFS.

In a nutshell the lawsuit in Federal court was withdrawn but can be refiled since it was without prejudice. The TRO from wasserman means Mirtl has a stay away order from employees of the firm etc and the identical filing in state court means Mirtl is going to be Held financially accountable , then comes the federal charges soon for wire fraud etc. Wasserman and the Lawrence’s are going all in on accountability financially and criminally.

Mirtl was served with the temporary restraining order by Wasserman because he's been sleeping on a cardboard box outside its headquarters, using his rolled up skinny jeans for a pillow while accosting its employees with grammatically incorrect English and threats to cut them with his crack pipe.

I say let it play out in court. Seems like Mirtl got sloppy / greedy but there's some weird stuff going on with the whole Wasserman group. Moloch worshipping parties, trips to Epstein island, the Kim K panties conspiracy, DEI fire chiefs who collect hundreds of thousands of dollars and turn off the water mains right before the city burns to the ground. It's all so tiresome. Send them back to the motherland,

I dunno Man ,  the premise appears solid, but counted 4 sentence breaks, a random apostrophe & one period.
P-125 has a ghost writer maybe ?

It’s not by random chance that the US has fallen in all metrics.   Once these people get more than 100 online followers they find it beneficial to produce immediate made up garbage over putting in time to actually learn and investigate topics.

If OJ can get away with murder, why can’t Mirtl use his clients money for personal benefit?

How many filings constitutes a shuffle? I see two filings - with the one refiling necessitated by jurisdictional reasons. I'll reserve judgment regarding what really happened and legal liability but it's certainly not obvious that the legal action is malicious or that the filings are frivolous. If a party believes itself to have been wronged, legal filings are within its rights. Whether or not their belief that they were wronged is justified remains to be seen. That is what the court process is for. If that process is, in fact, being abused, Mr. Mirtl's remedy will be to file his own lawsuit.

As far as your assertions that it's obvious what is happening, I don't doubt that it seems obvious to you. That shouldn't be compelling to anyone else. The proof will be in the documents, such as bank records, invoices, etc. I'm guessing you're not a forensic accountant, but I'm sure the court will be hearing from some.

Brother, you just gave a law dissertation to a dude who thought the FBI was after him at the Vegas SMX last year. Fliers and everything.

Exactly,  what's up, Kook?

Let's see how you really feel.

Guaranteed you are just mouthing off like you always do.  Mouth first, ask questions later.

Gotta get those clicks man! The Cooksey mob is a real thing. Absolute textbook example of an echo chamber.

Would the lawyer doing the filings not have known about the jurisdictional reasons ? If you where tight on money you would be pissed at that.

FreshTopEnd addressed this in another thread - I don’t recall the details but the gist of it was that jurisdiction can be tricky but there’s reasons to want to be in federal court. I’m guessing they may have known it might have to be refiled but it was worth a shot. In any event, this isn’t a reason to believe the action is not in good faith, as far as I can tell. I have a background in jurisprudence but I’m not a practicing lawyer so I’m sure others could address your question much more competently than I. If you’re referring to Mirtl as the party tight on money, that’s not going to enter into the filing decision at all. They’re not representing Mirtl so him being pissed is irrelevant.

Kooksey followers are now engaging in what is called Mass Hysteria. For a historical reference, google Salem Witch Trials.
