I think its time we make it illegal to fly a flag of another country while in the USA without the USA flag flying above it.

Protesting is a right guaranteed by the First Amendment. There is no right to a green card, though. That being said, I do agree with you about the possible second and third order effects a precedent like this could set off.

If one believes that our rights are granted by the government, then they may not have all the same rights. If one believes that our rights are inalienable, granted by a creator or higher power, then it’s a bit different.
I'd love to take my high horse out for exercise but all it wants to do is eat Flaming Hot Cheetos, drink Spendrifts, and watch reruns of The Chappell Show.

Sounds like a judge blocked his deportation. Believe it or not, even this pos gets “due process”. I’m not sure what the INA code would be for this guy, or how he would get deported without an Order of Deportation. If he was on a student visa, it would be easy, but since he’s a permanent resident (green card) he will have to he ordered by a judge.
Sometimes freedom means letting people do/say things that we adamantly oppose...I think its stupid they'll fly flags of other countries...I think their message and purpose is ridiculous...I think they are incredibly naive and off base and wrong and misguided...but I absolutely love that they (that WE) are free enough to do it...No way would I support restricting their right to PEACEFULLY assemble and protest whatever in the world they want to protest.

I'm not a USA citizen and if I was there to study on a student Visa, I'd behave. I came to study, not get involved in protests.

Colleges must expel students who support terrorist organizations—no excuses, no debates. Free speech does not cover endorsing terrorism. If students chant for groups that slaughter civilians, they are not engaging in political discourse; they are aligning with pure evil. Foreign agitators who incite this should be deported immediately.
Some claim this is a slippery slope or cry about moral equivalency, arguing the U.S. commits atrocities too. That’s nonsense. There is a vast difference between a nation enforcing its laws and a terrorist group butchering innocents for ideology. Equating the two is intellectual dishonesty at its worst.
Universities already expel students for plagiarism and harassment—supporting terrorists is far worse. If you glorify terrorism, you don’t belong in an American institution. Expel them. Deport them. Shut it down.

When it comes to symbols/flags of peoples heritage ,I don't support holding them in contempt. It falls under free speech.
I agree with you that supporting terrorism is reprehensible.
However, freedom of speech includes freedom to say things that you or I don't like, and it should NEVER be suppressed. Since apparently we extend constitutional protections to non-citizens, the rights to free speech and expression are included. Nobody has to agree with the speaker.
I draw the line with inciting to violence. Also, I think the university should have the right to expel students and remove them from campus if they feel so inclined. Free speech doesn't mean you get to have a platform provided for you.

I am not siding with hamas. They’re scum and frankly I think all Abrahamic religions are fucking useless. Jews want to extort and use you if you’re not Jewish. Christians want to enslave and then convert you if you’re not Christian. And Muslims just want to kill you if you don’t convert. All 3 Abrahamic, and all 3 are organized and for-profit organizations which are imo used to subvert and placate the masses. I think these Pro-Palestinian protesters that are actually protesting are absolute morons. That being said, I don’t think it’s too far of a stretch to lump them in with all that BLM crap which at this point can pretty much undeniably be considered a governmental social engineering project devised by our government and its lead administrators ($$$), organized by state funded provocateurs, and ultimately carried out on the streets by morons.
