It was around 75 US dollars on pre-order, and 120 USD on race day. VIP was around 750, not worth it in my opinion, as it was next to the starting gate ( I think my position offered the best view, and you could really see the triple closely)
I was looking yesterday and could not find a contact email, but I saw this morning. You can actually submit a ticket via the chat bot. However, I received an automated response that was very basic suggesting to uninstall and reinstall the app and them know that this is occurring across Apple and computer devices with any browser I use. Hopefully they fix this soon as I tried to this morning, thinking maybe there was heavy server load over the weekend and I still had a shit result
I am surprised by Everts lack of performance, I thought he would by a front runner this year.
He’s coming off a broken neck from last season, only been on the bike for 2 weeks. He wasn’t sure he was gonna race, decent result in my book.
I forgot: Ducati holeshot in both Sunday races.
Saturday summary:

First practice for the 250 guys was good, the dirt was prime, and it took them a couple of laps to send the triple, being a Honda guy (I don't remember who, but it was the official bike I believe) the first rider to launch it. They were asking for all the bike had to jump it, I can tell THIS THING IS NO JOKE, they are crazy AF. Adamo was looking good, De Wolf not so much, but you cannot count the champ out. I was really impressed with the Kawasaki rider Valin.
First practice for the 450 guys was pretty much the same. First bike on the track was Febvre. First lap, sends the triple like it was nothing. Keep in mind the riders could only walk the track on the previous days, he hadn't even entered the course with his bike before practice: sketchy as heck, he is nuts. Qualifying race was a battle till the end between Renaux and Febvre, awesome racing. Gajser didn't look that comfortable, the same as Seewer. Guillod was sending turn down whips on the triple, it looked like he was playing a video game all day long.
Sunday story will be up next, stay tuned. Here are some Saturday pics, I could upload them all to a onedrive for you guys to see (not bad at all for not being a photographer, if I say so myself). PD: Gajser is overjumping the triple in that pic; it was gnarly.
What he achieved all things considered was quite impressive. And he was fourth overall. Hardly a lack of performance...

🔥
Talk about jumping to conclusions after some nice results in pre-season races. Way too early for him. There's no shame in that, but a rookie taking the title straight away? Let him try to stay on two wheels first.
