NBC will eventually remember that the public can mute their audio. There’s plenty of talent that can simulcast live race day live and the night show with companion audio.
Gypsy’s was pretty good last week, had some cool guests. If DB did that, NBC will be paying a bunch of mouths on mute.
I'd pay extra to watch the race with track audio only. Just like when you are there in person.

I basically came to this thread just now to see why there wasn't a Blair Mathess project podcast up yet.
Hopefully everything is cool and they resume next week. I 'd hate to see Daniel upset that Steve and JT didn't go all in to agree with him on his explanation video.
Whenever something big like this drops and is beat to death, vital usually needs a day or 2 to reset or a race to happen so we all start talking about something else. I bet everyone will be fine once racing starts back up and there’s a new “thing”

What’s sad is we the fans are robbed of one of the greatest SX broadcasters in DB and even Grant Langston. The past two years I’ve been learning more and more of the dark side of our sport and hearing more and more about how bad the people who run it.

RC stepped the line, in a normal environment RC would've been fired after this but that didn't happen. In Hollywood they would call that harassment, something that is also part of the #MeToo problematic. Maybe it is time to put RC with his feet on the ground, he's a nobody as a play-by-play commentator and the only reason he's on that seat is because of his championships he won, that doesn't mean you can talk fluently. Blair started in the Fox Arenacross broadcasts play-by-play announcer and grew towards Supercross. Oh by the way his track designs suck!
Dream team: Kirsten Beat on the floor together with Adam Cianciarulo. In the boot Daniel Blair, Robbie Floyd and maybe Jason Weigandt as play-by-play announcers (Daniel Blair full time and Floyd and Weigandt each other alternating) and beside the two, one extra for the "silent" moments as "analysts" being guys such as Jeff Emig, Marvin Musquin, David Vuillemin, James Stewart...
