They gave them to you and being in the cupboard means you don't use them.

Actually, I do as much as I can. If I have a choice, I'll always pick the brand that supports moto. Have been since the late 70s.

I choose moto related items above non moto. Shoes is a big one, I've bought 3 pairs of Nike 6.0 shoes, didn't even know they existed until they started sponsoring riders. I'd buy a Toyota truck. I don't buy it regulary but I tried Muscle Milk. Sobe, Blimpie, I could go on.

Can't think of any . I hate energy drinks and I use Maxima oil . I wouldn't be opposed to switching to Lucas products though .

I allow series and rider sponsorships to help me choose products now and then.

I support SHIFT because they have supported me directly.

I also try to support businesses that are close to tracks or riding areas, and let the business owner know that I'm only there spending money because I ride at XYZ track. That way when some busybody wants to shut down a track, the business owners in town have a reason to support the track. Fill your truck up, buy some beer or a sandwich, etc. Let the town know that the track is an asset that is bringing economic activity.

I support the sponsors that are involved in our local racing series here in New England more than anything else.
Any company that gets directly involved with racing at the very foundation level has got it going on as far as I'm concerned.

I Ate at Jack In The Box, bought a Chevy Truck, and shop at Motosport.com, Now if Jack Daniels, Coors Light and Astroglide would spill out some sponsorship I would REALLY be doing my part.

Quite a few Toyota's in the family, lots of Bridgestone and Dunlops in the garage, did the Surf and Peak, lots of Troy Lee, every Racer X ever printed, FMF, Pro-Circuit........the list goes on. Thirty plus bikes in the garage, so I buy a whole lot of moto related everything. But since I don't ride and race constantly, some people here think I have no reason to voice my opinion. That's one of the problems with this sport, too many sheep willing to let the OEM's force feed them shit and they think it all tastes good.

X2
Newman has some of the best posts around here even if they may be on the other side from my view (non moto).
And yes anytime I have a choice to buy a sponsor's product I do and not just moto sponsors.

I wouldn't give any of the energy drinks a dime, but vehicles, detergent, oil/lubricants, insurance, services, etc. - absolutely if given a choice I support those that support the sport.
