Yes, you can order from a retailer in Europe. I've bought from Chromeburner before, but there are others.
I really wish manufactures would stop putting so much emphasis on Snell. Its more proficient with street riding I feel, but overall seems to be a very very outdated form of testing. When a $150 helmet with a plastic shell can pass it, I'm out.
WTF? It's the most strict test standard for preventing death. ECE 22.06 addresses TBE, whereas other standards don't, but that doesn't make it outdated. There are road helmets that pass both- it's not one or the other. There are also ECE 22.06 helmets available for less than $100. Your feeling is irrelevant - the test data matters.
What $150 helmets are snell rated? I do agree snell isn’t great for off road.

HJC for example. At one point, the only difference between a CS-R1 (109.99) and a CL-15 (149.99) was the $40 charge for the helmets to be tested by Snell. Now that was 10+ years ago, but im sure aint much changed.
Those helmets aren't even sold anymore. Snell has updated the standard 3 times in the last 10 years. The only Snell M2025D helmets for off-road are the Arai VX-Pro4 ($630) and the Shoei VFX-EVO ($600). Source: https://smf.org/certlist/std_M2025D.php
If the fastest riders in the world (MotoGP) are wearing helmets that are ECE 22.06-only, what does that say about SNELL?
They are wearing FIM rated helmets which many or most also pass ECE and/or SNELL. It seems like mainly the US cares at all about SNELL and it’s really pretty rare these days in most brands.
Those dudes would also wear a tank tee if the fim allowed it.
The helmets start as ECE helmets though. The FIM is mainly a money grab at this point, especially since ECE tests for rotational impacts.
I 100% agree on the SNELL callout. It's expensive and cumbersome for the manufacturers to dual homologate to meet ECE and SNELL standards. Roll with ECE and be done with it. Even better if we could kill DOT and just run ECE like the rest of the world. We wouldn't have situations where we're competing against retailers overseas for products that look identical to the naked eye.
Anyone know if any other reputable EU shops to snag a moto 10 from?
The latest Moto-10 MIPS is ECE 22.06. You can get it from the Bell website:

The Moto-10 Spherical appears to be the Snell version, not having ECE 22.06.
bicycle helmets are the same way. lighter in eu. its so weird.
Do you know one of the tests for Snell is that a spike cannot pierce the helmet. ECE helmets allow a spike to penetrate the helmet. Which one do you want on your head?
How many spikes have you hit with your head while riding?
A typical crash for me is a tip over, and the laws of physics tell us that an object with less mass has less momentum; meaning a lighter helmet is safer than a heavy helmet for reducing the risk that your brain will slosh against the inside of your skull (concussion).
It's more that it's a double impact of the same location with the spike that is the issue. That is basically impossible to happen in a real world crash and makes the helmet a lot heavier which also increases the amount of energy you hit the ground with. It's all a give and take though, there is no one helmet that is maximizing protection of any type of impact, I'm just glad theres so many choices of very good helmets these days.
...I can't tell if this is a troll comment or not lol
