I love the kid, but he just cannot get out of his own way....... The mistakes he makes do not add up to a rider of his talent.
Why isn’t his mechanic putting on the board good enough or calm? Dang would think before the race started they would know who can finish in front of them. Piss ooor decision making on his part. Hard to be a sexton fan

Last one they showed said yes, and 2 laps. Probably took that as yes you can do it to catch and pass coop instead of yes, good where you’re at.
I'm a sexton fan but championship contenders don't continuously make mistakes like this. It's to point where I just expect him to make some bad judgement call or mental fumble everytime. Honda era chase was the "tuck the front", first year ktm chase was uncomfortable on that 2023 frame. Thought now with time on a new softer frame and suspension he agrees with more, thought he'd finally be consistent but that hasn't happen. He has spurts of speed still but then still ends up on his head.

Hasn’t Chase said in the past that he never reads the pit boards?
Anyway, not sure how helpful the pit board is for Chase when he rides like he does.
It’s like watching a lifeguard drown… if he’s a professional and can’t help himself, what’s anybody else going to do for him?

Would have been able to avoid Webb’s early turn down with a fast twitch.
Fair, probably doesn’t. Would think with a triple crown and the scores all over the place you would look at the pit board for some help with the math while your trying to race.
Chase was trying to prove a point to Webb and win that last main, Webbs finger shooting and laughing now with Bobby Regan hyping him the hell up!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Chase knew what he needed to do before the gate dropped. Doesn’t need to read it on the pit board. Dumb move trying to pass Webb.

Dude totally destroyed my RM fantasy points on the night. Lost 47 points on the last last stupidity.
Screwed up twice and went from 1st to 3rd with 10 races left. Should obviously concentrate on his MX title defense and write off this SX. 🤦♂️
