Webb fucking rules. I love that shifty-eyed grin when he's on the box. It's like him even being up there is a huge fuck you to a lot of people/haters. You know he just wants to talk so much shit.

Almost sounds like Star has them sign an NDA for anything that happens at the Farm.

Now that you say it. That does kinda seem like the case.

I guess I don't know why any one cares if they disclose whether or not they got hurt. It's really not anyone's business.

He’s talked about it before that he has a chip on his shoulder. Has always felt thay nobody thought he could go pro, win championships, etc. I think that’s what still pushes him. The dude is one of the most technical riders out there for sure. Not the fastest, never really goes big, sucks in the whoops but he’s like a fucking honey badger.

If true, these bike failures are out of hand. That's two top guys possibly taken out in a couple of weeks? Does this happen in other motorsports? Do F1 cars routinely fail and injure the athletes?

How can you bet on smx fairly with all the non disclosed injuries?

every one wants to grow the sport. This is a side effect of it.

By adding betting it really has complicated what can and cannot be said by everyone in the entire paddock.

To get a pit pass you now have to watch a long video and answer questions that have to be passed before you can get a pit pass.

When it comes to betting and odds its very hush hush.

My dad purchased two pit passes for a1, i didn’t hear him say he had to watch a video. I think the credentialed guys have to be careful with betting becuase it could get them in trouble, not sure the exact rules about that, just saying what i think i heard on a podcast.

Now that legitimate wagering is going on for Supercross, the riders and teams have to be real careful about injury disclosure. All it takes is one gambler with deep pockets to find out a rider they lost a bet on had an undisclosed or downplayed injury. The lawsuits would fly. Rider, team, promoter, everyone would get sued.

Not sure about him not being able to talk about it, but I reckon the injury is a fractured/broken wrist from AusXopen. He went down hard, got up, clutched his right wrist with his left hand and walked straight out of the stadium. My guess is some sort of NDA from star, maybe the same reason Deegan couldn’t say anything last year?

Star leaves a bad taste in my mouth. So many questionable things come out from under that tent.

The article you didn't read is talking about civil lawsuits and the reasons they don't go anywhere.

As a matter of fact, I did read the article. Doesn't mean civil suits don't happen. Also precedents do change. see Roe V. Wade.
