With jett out that kinda blows this whole thing open. Eli you could argue looks like the best guy right now but chase is riding great, and obviously coop and ken are right there.

If you could pick between kenny or eli winning the championship this year who would you want?

1. Eli got one championship robbed from him at the second to last race. He should have 3. Having 3 puts him in a special place in the books behind Rv and RD who have 4 each but in front of Js7 and Reed who have 2 each. With eli being 2nd on the all time wins list in sx he really should be in that next slot above ppl with 2 championships. We also got robbed as fans when his achilles blew, winning it this year in his last year getting a walk off W to put him in his rightful spot in the record books would make up for all the pain of the prior injury. It would be an incredible comeback story.

2. Or Ken who reeeeeeally deserves to get his first sx championship. He got robbed even harder than eli but it was for his whole career trajectory with his huge crash at A2. Hes one of the biggest what ifs of all time. Unfortunately he also now is on the list with the most wins without a title. If kenny got his 1 sx championship it would really complete his career, his story, and his comeback and be one of the greatest stories and comebacks in sx history. It would be so good to see kenny finally get his after everything hes been through. Out of these two who do you pick, it really is a hard one.

So basically would u rather have eli win it in a walk off W in his last year racing and make up for the one he got robbed of or would you rather see kenny get his first ever and much deserved championship and end his career as an sx champion?

Poll

Kenny or Eli

I love ET3 but at this point Ken and Marv are the two that just bum me out that they didnt/havent gotten that SX title.

Both winning would make me happy. But Kenny has been so good in Supercross it would feel unfair for him to retire without a championship.

Sadly I doubt Kenny will be a genuine chance. I think it’s Chase, Eli and Webb in order of likelihood to win.

I’d love to see Kenny get the championship, but I’m not entirely sure it’s realistic. I think with Jett out of the running, people like Chase, Webb, and even Eli will feel as if a little weight if off of their shoulders. Whoever wins will be the deserving champ!

Not going to vote on that.  I would love to see Eli get more wins and a final championship.  I would love to see Ken get more wins and a first SX championship.  I'd be happy if Anderson could sneak a few wins and be in the points battle.

What I want most of all is the rest of the series to have racing as good as the first 4 rounds have been, and a close points battle to the end.  And if the winner is either Eli or Ken, I'll be pumped.

for Marv that's just karma from throwing a race for Dung.

It's a young man's game and I think it's Sexton's to lose. But it would be cool to see Kickstart Kenny with a title on the Suzuki. Feels a bit like cheering for the underdog, and I like that.

Doesn't matter, except I'd like it to be a standup fight to the end. No shock exploding or Barcia incidental takeouts. It's the uncertainty that is exciting.

If Kenny lost and was close at the end that would feel like a win to me given his injury and late season so-so result history.

Eli. Roczen is an awesome rider, but I don't see him as a champ any longer. He's a top 5 guy all day long, but not THE guy you can see have a legit shot at winning consistently week in and week out  I mean, Eli is just friggin Eli now isn't he? You know if he gets any kind of a decent start, he's gonna probably win.

I couldn't agree more. I voted Eli, but would be stoked for Ken to get it too. Lets hope for a fantastic rest of the season.

Interesting indeed! if Tomac or Roczen win they'll be the first 30 year old. Hampshire is 29, born in January, so if he wins the 250 class he'll be close to the record - in the 250 class!

John Dowd won 1998 125WSX at 32.

Christian Craig won 2022 250WSX at 30.

I'm now rooting for the assassin.

But any of the current top 4-5 taking the title is okay with me.

So the oldest 125/250 class champs are older than the oldest 450 champ? Not what I expected.

Same. Chase is taking this but if I gotta pick I'd love to see Kenny get a sx title

I would be happy either way, my vote is for Kenny though even as a huge ET3 fan. Eli should have like 5 SX titles, but at least he has 2. It’d be awesome to see Kenny get one on the ol’ golden dinosaur 😂

It’s a toss up between K-Roc and ET3, for picking riders. Both riders are phenomenal.Throw in the bike factor and I’m picking Suzuki.

Ya know...I hadn't really factored that in.        HOw cool would it be to see Suzuki win a title on a much maligned "dinosaur" kickstarted bike....

Between those two, I really don't have a preference.  I just want to see good tight racing with lots of lead changes and strategy.

I we were living in a no-holds-barred fantasy world, Malcolm Stewart.  No questions asked.

I chose Kenny because I want to see him win but Eli is currently faster than Kenny, so

Listen guys. Call me crazy. But, there could be a win/win option. Eli wins the SX title this year, the MX title, SMX title, MXON, and goes down as a top 5 all time great which he deserves. While Kenny, who’s 2yrs younger, sees Eli’s success at an older age and gets super motivated by it, and comes out healthy af and ready to kick ass next year and beats Jett for the ‘26 SX title. Am I crazy???
