Will smith laughs. Sees his wife ain’t laughing. But sees his wife sees in laughing.

So he knows he gotta do some shit or feel the wrath of his wife for months about it….

They got some toxic relationship issues I’ll bet.

I just can't wait for the first comedian to say, "Please don't Will Smith me." After an offensive joke.

Is that a mug shot, or a complainant arguing a bad haircut?

Outside of the memes, I've seen more social media posts praising him for standing up for his wife than I've seen hating on him.

The man has had a publicist guiding his every public decision since he was 17 years old – up to, and including going on TV to admit that another guy has been boning his wife – so there's no way I'll ever believe he just saw red and decided to attack Rock over a stupid joke that fell flat. Saying that, I'm done with this; I have better things to do than worry about what some celebrity I don't know personally did to another celebrity I don't know. Have a great day, Lenny.

No victim no crime. The police won’t file charges against someone for harassment or even simple assault without the victim wanting the charges UNLESS it’s a domestic violence situation. At that point, the victim doesn’t get to “choose” whether or not the suspect is arrested. If it’s domestic violence and there was physical violence then the police SHALL make an arrest.

Now, this is my experience in PA. I don’t know what the state laws are wherever this took place. Will Smith slapped Chris Rock. That would most likely entail harassment as opposed to simple assault. But regardless, without Chris Rock wishing to pursue appropriate charges I can guarantee you police won’t make an arrest. The only charge they could possibly go for without victim cooperation is disorderly conduct.

Some of you are putting way too much thought into this. Will Smith is a bonehead who did something really stupid. But let’s be real here… He slapped Chris Rock. He didn’t beat him to a pulp or even get a few good strikes in on him. He slapped him and walked away while cussing up a storm. That’s what it is and end of story. If Rock doesn’t wanna pursue charges then Smith will continue to be blasted in the media and on social media. Eventually it will all go away and it’ll be an afterthought.

The whole family is legitimately messed up. I thought this has been known for a long time. I’m kinda shocked so many people think they are a “normal” family. There’s some serious mental health issues going through that household.

Will Smith is so unhappy. He hit Chris Rock because he couldn't hit his wife, the real bully.

In Oregon , that is not true.

A fight I got into years ago at a bar , where the state pressed charges against the guy when I refused too. He used what they called a " deadly weapon " ( brass knuckles ). They arrested him and he spent 6 months in jail. Long story , but even though I beat the shit out of the guy , it ruined his life , to the point where he took his own life. There are people on this board that can testify what I'm saying is true.

I'm trying to say , that sometimes it's out of the " victims " hands once the state gets involved. And Agn , I know your law enforcement background. Just telling you what happened in my experience.

Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon is a little different too. I’m talking about harassment (which is essentially a shove, slap, strike, kick, etc) Simple Assault is when you mess somebody’s day up and cause bodily injury or fear of bodily injury. Aggravated assault is when you use a deadly weapon during the assault or cause a permanent disfigurement. Getting slapped and getting hit with brass knucks are very different scenarios.

But like I said, every state is different. I’m sure in Oregon the 3 levels aren’t even called harassment, simple and aggravated. I guess all I’m trying to say is a slap is literally the lowest level of “assault” you can get. There are people here acting like he damn near killed Rock.

Big Lenny, I have no doubt the DA can pick up charges in California. I can tell you right now it would be career suicide for him especially if he over charged Smith because of media attention. If he charged him with anything more than the lowest level of assault (whatever it may be called in CA) then he’s done. I would sincerely hope no DA is dumb enough to even go down that road unless Chris Rock changes his mind about wanting charges. Then all bets are off and he gets charged appropriately (which is the lowest level of assault).

I love the Bad Boy movies but mainly because of Martin Lawrence. Had hoped for another movie but now not sure .

Once you own 600 acres in Colorado. I don’t give a shit how many felonies you get. Or duis. Or drug charges. Your life doesn’t change. You post bond. Pay a lawyer. Pay the court and move on. Like nothing happened.

Just a lil tin foil, but…

On 3-28 sitting in 6 hrs of DC traffic a lot of talk of the 25th amendment, that’s a full mental examination of biden. The slap is just a cheap shot to get looting and rioting going again, a signal of we can get away with anything . Lastnight there was a record # of arrest in the s east. Chris should’ve did what I had to do a few months ago. At a shipping dock I hear , you white mother f, r. I thought the 6,6 black guy had a odd sense of humor. My back was out I,m bent off the the rt and hunched ovr.I,m dragging my left leg. I say huh what ? He say don’t huh what me mother f,r. And starts dancing like Ali saying come on with his fist up. I say what r you doing man ? I never raised my arms, he let a hay maker fly at my head. My left leg was numb but thank god my rt leg was good. I jumped back to the rt. Big miss , he left a nice temple shot open . I was glad I didn’t hv my arms up or I would’ve blew the the corner of his head in. I tell him to stop and what r you doing man. I go to pull the air button to slide the tandems. And he still wants to fight. Now there is less room between the trailers. He,s dancing and swings again. Another miss. I said what r you doing man my back is out and I just ran 27 hrs straight to get here. Get your shit straight I,m a Indian and as a 16 yr old run away I trained 8 hrs a day in a south Phily gym. I would kill you if we fought. FU you racist pussy. You can’t even hit a guy that has his back out and is dragging his leg. I never saw this guy in my life and wasn’t even looking his way or parked in a dock any where near him. I had 2 more stops on the ld and in sc. I know I will b dealing with blacks. I was pissed for a hr but got ovr it , just figured it was a blm Wantabe. My 2nd stop was great a cool black chic says I love your voice. So I did a dj voice this 1 goes out to LaShandra by the flock of seagulls I ran. We joked about 80,s music, etc I dated probably 20 or so black chics we get along great.

That and a diversion. Everyone is supposed to focus on this. While biden just did some more extremely stupid stuff. Just like a nyc street gambling with 3 shells and a pee. Create a diversion then another woke zoner gets away with more idiot stuff. A good movie hasn’t been made in ovr 25 yrs. I can’t believe this show is on yet.

I had to go to the State Department one day when Clinton was the Secretary of State. I was in her operation center talking to her Desk Officer, she was preparing to leave somewhere and had a lot of bags/ boxes outside her office.

What the Desk Officer wanted me to know was that he had the personal contacts of over 4000 Hollywood actors, producers, directors, financiers and he could contact them for anything they wanted. That was his take away.

I believe what you are saying that this is a distraction, Hollywood to the rescue.

Also, there were an incredible amount of attractive young women walking around the State Department. I’ll let you do the math on that one.

Oh yeah hollywood playing the distraction card. All pro sports , musicians, etc play the game. They get cooked record sales #,s in return and maybe a couple more yrs after there washed up to make hundreds of millions. Look at who the actresses hook up with usually a invested hedge fund ugly dude but he’s connected to the government with his pay offs. To run a scam buisness. IMO the actresses r not very attractive so they know it’s back to the trl park or play the game.

We went to see Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle last night. 3rd row seats.  Both were as great live as you’d expect them to be.  Both had hilarious bits about the slap and Dave’s being attacked on stage.
