My guess is how all these tariffs republicans are pushing on rest of the world. This is going to have nasty effects. 100% China, Japan ( those motorcycles just doubled in price). Europe 25-50%. You know none of these tariffs have been imposed, right? They're a negotiation tactic/threat to get these countries to the table. Will Trump follow through with some of them? So now we give pardons to people who have not even been charged with any crime? Just a blanket "whatever they may have done" pardon?

I see Biden did a little more "Preemptive Pardoning" last night. Nothing says guilty more than that.

One positive: The current democratic party is completely done after this. This will push a lot of people who were in the middle/already doubting the party completely over the edge. They’re gonna need a complete overhaul of that party with any chance to recover.

Tariffs are an added tax that feeds the general fund and is a source of inflation, ironically praised by those against more taxes to feed the general fund and inflation, but have a look at Biden's tariffs that flew under the radar. 100% on EV's? And why bump tariffs on all the solar products when they want to reduce load on the grid? There should be no tariffs on anything. Either ban it, or let it through, but don't milk consumers and artificially drive up prices to fatten your bank account.
