I think they still own the Temecula spot and you can rent it out on some luxury short term rental site.

It's been sold a few times  since 2020 if you look at the listing in detail 

And that is why you hire an architect. 

I can’t imagine going from that luxurious CA home with wide open spaces and sculpted oasis pool, to a stale symmetrical barndominium in NC with a pool on the edge of the woods lol ..both are nice, but what a contrast

They also have a huge mansion on Lake Norman and another one in Florida, so I'd say they're not shell-shocked much by moving back east.

In one of their videos, they went back to their cali home, probably between Vegas and Pala if my memory is correct. In the video they said it’s worth more as a rental then selling.

From vail lake to Lake Norman, I would say Brian is living the dream. He might be a major Kook of a personality, but he has provided quite the opportunity for all of his kids to live a great life and they all seem to be taking advantage of it.  

Lake Norman and that whole area of NC is a congested, overpopulated hellhole. The lake is just a man made deal with 400 million homes situated in a way that uses every square inch of water front. I cant really think of a lot of places I dislike more that Mooresville NC and all the congestion, which gets worse by the day. 

Yeah, and each of their homes has a basement set up for 971_Fan to work on his PR materials for Brian. He works down there in the heat and the cold, day and night, all year round, knowing that every once and awhile Princess Brian will come down and let him touch his tramp stamp. 

I wouldn’t turn it down but money can’t buy taste with the decorating in that thing. If they used an interior designer I hope they fired him/her…

ARay should really be devoting 100% of his efforts at O'Neal to signing the Deegans and recreating this marketing campaign. 

I’d imagine signing Haiden wouldn’t leave much budget for anything else considering Oneal isn’t as big as it used to be. Curious what he’ll be wearing when he moves up to 450 though. Are Astars pockets deep enough to afford another big name? Seems like they would want to sign him as he already has a signature helmet with them.
