Is there a chance they ride the same coast? I think Forkner is the guy that can make Haiden sweat granted he stays rubber side down.

I think that depends on if Austin thinks he is in the place he needs to be or if God forbid a team member gets hurt.
from the outside looking in they prolly racing opposite regions , haiden looks ready now so he prolly going west while austin , with the injury and the multiple surgeries he had with various issues this yr , more prep time & body recovery time he’ll race east
Needs the seat time, and testing time, Forkner east.
Triumph wants to win, why put him against Deegan?

Because Austin would be in with a chance.
You think Hayden is a God, a God that still doesn't have a sx title.
Pretty sure there is this thing called east/west shootout.
Because Deegan is yet to prove he’s solid in SX. Outdoors, different story. But indoors he’s looked a little shaky at times, so why would anyone avoid going up against him?
I think forkners time has come and gone bec of too many injuries but we shall see
Funny how this place used to hate Forkner like they now hate Deegan and want Fork to wax him. How the turn tables
I mean did u hear wht haiden said on the podium after wht happened 🤷🏾♂️, i personally fuck with both but I’m pretty sure the temperature in the room is they want forky to smack deegz around a lil bit for wht he said
I’d say there’s about 50% chance
I never said he’s a god, he’s just the most solid 250 guy out there.
2 races? Hopefully Austin makes it to them!!
Not one post in this thread even hints at that. Your perception of hate seems way off of reality Johnny.
Yeah ok. Go search any Forkner thread from 2018-2022 here
forkner can beat anyone on HIS day in 250SX..........just a fact.......
he can match aggro with deegan ..........thats for sure!!
Yet to prove he's solid? Did you see him towards the end of sx when his wrist was healed? He dominated smx, which is far more sx style based than outdoors.
Forkner is as fast as they come, but that Triumph isn't comparable to the Star Yamaha. Yes, the bike matters, but still, I think Deegan is just too good at this point for Forkner to beat him.
A similar thing is going on in the 450s with Eli and Jett. Jett is just too good at this point.
Pit Row
Yeah, the whole 'hate', 'hater' thing is so tiresome. Unless you're blowing someone you're considered a hater. Making legitimate criticisms of someone backed up by facts is not hate. Likewise, taking the piss out of someone in a relatively good natured way is not hate.
I agree. Haiden has taken a step the others haven't taken. He looks better on the bike, more in control and has better technique, and of course, shit loads of speed. Forkner is getting on and has had some horrific injuries. Add to that being on a pretty new, largely unproven team and beating Deegan looks pretty difficult. I would put Kitchen above Forkner as a more likely challenger to Deegan now. Not to say he will beat him, just more likely than Forkner.
jalek proved tht bike indoors is highly competitive, mistakes on Jalek’s part stop tht from happening but hes still growing & maturing as a rider but back to deegz & austin , SX wise austin is better overall than deegz , picking up on late line selections , soaking up & carrying momentum thru the jumps to being serviceable in the whoops ( even with this 9 whoop rule ) only thing deegz have over him is corner speed & high end raw speed , everything else when you combine every aspect of how to ride & race as a supercross racing athlete , austin can give wht deegz wht hes asking for & with another yr , triumph indoors goona get tht bike dialed in for them boiiss! obviously outdoors deegz got everybody covered but indoors , as good as deegz is , he still got room for improvement
If that remotely true he would have won the SX title. All he had to do was beat Tom.
This is bullshit! It’s time to have all the best 250 guys racing together.
But that’s still not ‘proper’ SX is it…
And he will prove it, he just hasn’t as yet.
You guys just straight up can't help yourself.
Before some douche bag
* yourselves.
Maybe solid means something different to you? To me it means being on, or competing for the podium every weekend, week in, week out. Especially in a regional series.
Deegan had an average finishing position of 5th last SX season. He went 6, 3, 1 in his last three SX races.
Trending the right way yes. Might he be solid next year? I’d expect so. But we haven’t seen it, yet.
Surprised this is even a topic...
You've been on here nearly 10 years, and you're surprised? 😄
Why the surprise? Seems like a legit bench racing question to me. It's not my fault so many on here go over the bars immediately regardless of the topic lol.
