and on the syrup front, organic 100% only.  i'm a fiend for Mrs. Butterworths with extra butter flavor.

Toasted white bread, warm chunky p-nut butter and boysenberry preserves, lumps and seeds and all. Meaow....

Or switch to creamy and grape jelley if you don't want a bunch of crap between your teeth to clean out. Race day ? Creamy and grape to go lol.

I use smooth to lube my bike chain.

The wife and i went through our Almond butter phase. It tastes fine...and makes you feel like you are being healthy-er? 

At our local grocery store, Winco, there is a machine that grinds it(almond butter) fresh, supposedly. We did that about 3 times...

Peelout, if your chick is trying to reduce sugar intake i support that. But sometimes our women can go too far.

Buuut...be HAPPY you have a chick that wants to be HEALTHY...fucks sake...look around at all the Pepsi drinking, Cheeto eating fat chicks that inhabit the landscape.

We were going back and forth on Facebook. He told me the first amendment isn't needed because he owns guns. He told me to start teaching about God in my classroom. He keeps telling me to buy guns with Trump's name on them. Then he stated that the KKK was led by democrats in the 60s and posted a video by Ben Shapiro about the parties not changing stances and that the democrat party is still racist. Then one my friends who wouldn't date him in the past jumped in and they started going back and forth. All of that was on Facebook. ....I can't go into why racism was brought up because there are a few members on Vital who are close to my family and we/they may have been talking about them.... 

Life is better without Facebook or Twitter or the instogram👍 

I usually have both in the pantry and I find myself reaching for the chunky more often then smooth. 

A dab of chunky Skippy on each bite of banana makes this bland fruit go down easier. 

For a treat I make a pice of toast with peanut butter and a small amount of raspberry/boysenberry preserves. Good stuff 👍
