I disagree. It's only secondarily a contact sport. Contact is not an integral part of the game as it is with rugby for example. And for the thousandth time it seldom works out for anyone. None of the top championship winning riders - with the exception of Anderson - have actively sought out contact.

The real root of the problem is that he just doesnt give a single fuck about how his actions affect other ppl. One of the rules of life that most civilized humans try to live by is to make an honest attempt not to burden other people with the things you do. Clean up after yourself, dont litter, put away the shopping cart…etc. You can do whatever the hell you want with your own life, just dont be a burden on me. Anyone in their right mind would be completely jazzed to have the level of skill Friese has in this sport. The starts and speed to even compete at that level says something.
The relevant flaggers would be out view on the left of the screen. We have no way to tell if they are doing their job or not. Some riders have checked up and some didn't.
