I don't know about the handguards but ODI grips come on the KX450 since 2024.

Thanks, didn’t know that. Glad they finally got rid of those stock ones that were hard as a rock.

A lot of harescrambles in my local series definitely require a big tank if you don’t want to make a stop during the race even if you’re a C class rider. Bottomless sugar sand and lots of wide open fields suck fuel down pretty fast even in just survival mode.

I am this person.

I mean Boxcar kinda has a point but what if you need a big tank for trail riding?

Also, people will inevitably make some street legal and dual sport them.

One of the big 4? I thought Triumph would be the only hope for another 350, ill be happy to be wrong. I'll take a new generation crf350r with kyb 👌

Or a kx380 with kyb 🤔

Some think the 350 is not fast enough, even though TC222 won on one, some 450 riders think the 450's are too fast, especially for SX, man even the pro's say that dialling back the power is done many times ........ surely 400cc is the go, a 450 with less stroke equals less flywheel mass, meaning a lighter feeling bike that can change direction quicker.

Remember Johnny Oz told you first ;-)

Thank you for the rumor, genuinely, perhaps it is true. Food for thought anyway. Again, "I know something you don't know", genuinely good for you though. But what does anything matter in your statement without the specifics that you do not reveal? We have all been through this bullshit before ad nauseum in this sport, new Japanese two strokes, new Suzuki motocrossers, Japanese 125s, on and on. I do genuinely believe manufacturers play with different platforms and experiment with different things, none of them mattering though until they reach the dealers floor, if at all. Perhaps it is revealing for some, but it has become tiresome and hackneyed. Here we go again....

yea and if it was coming with KYB and not blue it would most likely mean its yellow and that seems even more unlikely.

Honda owns a good part of showa so it most likely wouldn't be them, he said its not Yam, and Kawi has switched both bikes to Showa in the last couple years. though they have rotated. It doesn't pass the sniff test.

that said it would be a GENIUS idea if Suzuki made a 350 to gain back some market share, just don't see it happening.

It’s well documented that supposedly Stefan Everts’ YZ450s were downsized to 400cc.

We’ll never know I suppose… but then he joined KTM and was instrumental in the development of the 350.

There is about as much hope in this as there is an up-to-date RMZ 450 and 250.

I know it’s unlikely but imagine if KTM did go under - the Big 3-4 would have a hell of an opportunity in the off road market

Yea but they’d only build 4 strokes.

Maybe just go buy a Beta?  They make everything everybody is asking for here. 300 2 strokes and 350 4 strokes with KYB suspension.
