There’s a video from gas gas titled Thank You Jorge Prado, at the end of it, he tries to say thank you, but it ends up being bloopers, at the end of that, he said let the good times ride. He was close to saying Kawi’s tagline, let the good times roll. I’m surprised gas gas kept that in there.

They said this weekend that there will be a GasGas truck, a Husky truck and a KTM truck next year. The GasGas team will still share all the same sponsors as the Husky team I believe so yes, it would be Rockstar GasGas.

It will be interesting to see how he does on the Kawi team. They definitely loved him at GasGas. Kawi I thought was notoriously cold.
So the general consensus is that Chase is leaving KTM after the 2025 season?
I was just thinking about this the other day and wondering about this more than any future team change. I could see him going to Star once Tomac retires. ML, any insider info? 😂

Anderson out at Kawasaki, Sexton fills his spot there and Anderson goes to Triumph? And since we’re talking ‘26, Roczen and Barcia to Ducati? It sounds like the latest rumor is that TLD is no longer going to be running the Ducati team so Roczen could in theory still keep his Fox deal.
As picky as Sexton is about setup...and with Kawasaki notoriously less than enthusiastic about adjusting things to please a rider, do you really see Chase being comfy there?

Thats what I'm thinking. Kawi has built themselves with a bad reputation for being inflexible on bike setup. And this goes way back. Listen to Pulps interview with Matasiavich from his days at Kawi. It works for Ward, it should work for Chicken was the thought process for team kawi. Or Elis last years there where he wanted more freedom.

This is not insider knowledge just speculation on my end. If he leaves KTM, he likely will not go to another Austrian team in 2026. He can’t return to Honda and I doubt he’d go to HEP. That leaves Star, Kawi, and Triumph.
Deegan also may be graduating to a 450 the same year. I know Kawi wants him badly and Star wants to keep him. I’d say likely scenario in this case is Deegan stays with Star and Chase moves to Kawi as Prado’s teammate.
Do Kawi want, and can they afford, two top dogs?
Well, they paid AC a great salary. They should be able to make Monster step up to get either Chase or Deegan

Idk. Seems like with all the talk about Kawi maybe losing monster they might not be able to get them to cover costs at this point even if they do keep them.

If I'm Kawi the perfect scenario is Kitchen wins a championship or two in '25 and takes the second 450 spot in '26. He'd be a good teammate with Prado, and it wouldn't shock me if he's one of those guys that takes a step up on the 450.
Prado and Deegan in the same truck would be a fucking disaster.
Hasn’t there been some talk about Deegan doing his own deal with help from Star? (The route seems to be started with Craig). If that’s the case Star could have Sexton and Deegan potentially out of two separate trucks to avoid the Chase/Jett situation.
Seems more likely than not Deegan would have his own truck in 26 and beyond.
Definitely over analyzing the teammate thing. These guys don’t see each other a whole lot. If you hate your teammate, buy a motorhome.
Tell that to Kitchen and Sexton
I think Kitchen hated the whole "team" not just a teammate. More specifically I think he hated the every day grind of dog eat dog of being at the Goat Farm.
Kitchen wanted to be able to fuck off more during the week and Sexton signed with KTM before Jett was even on a 450, he hated his bike.
Maybe I misunderstood all the interviews and pulp/gypsy gossip but that is how I understood those moves.
Can someone explain why Deegan would leave Monster energy to go to a team that lost monster energy money ? 😭
