Dems have been saying Trump regrets picking Vance since he made the choice. You’re watching that narrative fall apart in real time. Vance does exactly what Trump needed: translate the trumpisms into polished, cogent political arguments.

How does the federal government "seize" federal land?

Vance was really strong in this debate. Was able to strike a great balance between defending his running mate’s positions in a much more sane way, appealing to people who don’t pay attention much, appearing charismatic, and skillfully avoiding his unpopular policy positions. He had it won, but at the very end, Walz was able to corner him on J6 and the 2020 election, which brought it closer to a draw. Likely will have 0 impact on voters, whereas the debate a few weeks ago will have a minimal one.

I don't believe either one did sooooo well that it will sway voters. I think the undecided voter is undecided if they will actually vote, by they know who they will vote for IF they vote.

No answer on climate change is the right answer.  Man caused climate change is a hoax and is merely a fear mongering tool used by the left to take away freedoms.  He should say nothing about it.

Breaking laws separate parents and children all the time…kids aren’t allowed in jail or prison…don’t want to be separated from your kids?  Don’t break the law.

The numbers on trumps budget are apparently not settled because I’ve seen much different numbers than that…

I saw a Marine that served in a war zone and never lied about his station or rank.

And I saw the Governor of “Mostly Peaceful” that has claimed to be a Command Sargeant Major and…yet…he never was…

Why?

Because he QUIT just before it was time to actually go to a war zone. Therefore, he’s on the record LYING about his rank…and his station. No honor. No code. No commitment to his company or his battalion…as witnessed by his own company and battalion members. 

But, that’s no matter or consequence to the Narrative Followers.

I thought is was funny when Walz was talking about climate change and farmers dealing with 500 year floods. 

Let that sink in. 

It really highlighted the toxicity Trump brings to politics; you leave him out of it and it's two people having a decent exchange of ideas and that was incredibly refreshing.

I would have liked to see Walz be a touch stronger but I really didn't like how Vance skirted answering if Donald lost the 2020 election while simultaneously blaming Kamala for the chaos that was caused by Trump not accepting the results.

I only watched some of it because I knew I'd catch the best clips of it today. Vance absolutely steam rolled Walz. Not even a contest of who should be leading our country. Trump/Vance is the only way to get America back on track.

At least those two can have an adult conversation, anyone else think to yourself "We need the other 2 clowns why" ?  Makes it easier to hate the other side I guess    

I like these two a lot more than their Bosses. I thought Vance did very well based on how bias the whole program was towards him. He was able to talk about substance and I believe he answered all the questions. It may not be the answer you wanted but he did give answers that made sense to me. Wish he was at the top of the ticket.

That's what I'm saying, I was only like 1/3 as pissed as usual after a debate. 😆 This country could use a little calmer leadership. The place is haywire enough without our 2 hopes for sanity screaming insults at each other like 2nd graders.  

It was refreshing to see a more coherent and civilized debate between candidates.  A two-minute response, with a one-minute rebuttal, it's just not enough time to get a message across from either side and should've been a topic of its own.  Why isn't the Harris/Waltz campaign engaging in more interviews?  Why isn't the H/W campaign addressing their parties' current policies, and the policies they are drafting if elected to office?              

The average person speaks at about 100 words/minute...these two are professionals, so they might be able to go to 150 words per minute...so a two minute response is 200-300 words...not a lot.  And then to issue a 100 word rebuttle?  It's just silly.
