Hey everyone!
Man, it must have been a while since I’ve purchased graphics. Looking at getting a kit for my sons MC50. I like SKDA’s designs and I’ve heard great things about the quality.
When I looked at the pricing I assumed at $240 for a complete kit I either A: didn’t click USD or B: they come with a seat cover.
Unfortunately I was wrong and they are $240+ and do not include a seat cover. Is the quality worth it or over hyped?
Or, who are you using?
Pretty much average. I think Decal Works is around there or a little more for a "semi-custom" kit.
SKDA customer service has been amazing when I've used them, for what it's worth. Quality is as good as it gets.
I really want to use them. I appreciate your response.
Yeah, I ordered an SKDA kit a few months ago and was surprised by the price as well. The quality, designs, and customer service are top notch though. If you want to save a couple bucks, you can get a discount using the Gypsy Tales code at Rival Ink… I think it’s “gypsygang” or “gypsygang15”.
Throttle Syndicate full kits are 149.99 for 50-65cc

Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
Free shipping: VITALMX
$220 with the seat cover. So still $100 less than SKDA.
Yeah standard pricing now.
However as said… SKDA customer service is second to none. Any issues, questions or follows ups. Sammy at SK would sort you out.
How much r number plate backgrounds now from Decal ? That price is nuts. Lucky I hv a few sets of graphics. 1 is the best woody wood pecker on oem original 04 cr125 shrouds. Discontinued graphics. 400 bucks like new
SKDA is out of Australia, right? Probably why anyone ordering from them outside of Australia gets the sticker shock. They make some great looking stuff though, no denying that.
They print stuff in the US and Canada as well I believe. It keeps the shipping costs down.
I use https://evolutiongraphicsco.com.

One man band out of Indiana. He has done about 8 sets for me over the last couple years and I really like them.
Dude that KLX is slick!
If it wasn't for vert mx in ohio, id be back to mailbox numbers....
I've used bike graphix out of KS for my last two bikes and I've been pleased with them. They also have sales that come to your email where you can normally save 15% off your next order.

I’ve always used my local companies, HBD or Stepup MX. Don’t think I’ve paid more than $200 for a full custom kit.
Rival has done great work for me and the customer service was spot on inhad 2 issues and they went way above and beyond
I produced graphics wholesale for about 10 years before knocking it on the head .
99.9999% of companies use the exact same Vinyl & laminate from a company called Substance.
You may / may not be surprised to learn several “ big name” companies outsource their production to a 3rd party. I’ve seen company “ X” graphics getting printed right beside company “Y” graphics on the same printer, even that notwithstanding there are only a few printers, laminators & cutters to choose from to produce MX graphics so the quality argument is somewhat redundant.
Production costs are right around $60.00 ( not including shop rent etc ) so just decide who do you want to give your money to. My advice is to find a company that actually responds to your calls / emails and gets shit done when they say they will - that’s way harder said than done surprisingly .
Try and support your local graphics company if you can they deserve a chance to show you what they can do and will generally go over and above to make sure you’re happy.
Pit Row
I’ve been going with the fly by night eBay companies, $125 or less for full set with rider number and name on the numberplates, because of the prices of the main guys.
Way too high for stickers.
Last time I looked they didn’t hv them only the less cool ones. I,m still in Pa. All back rds no toll rds Chicago to here in to receiver Altoona area a 40 + % grade extremely dangerous moutain is in the area. Then make back rds to Somerest . Loving seeing all the recommendations for BikeGraphix as they are local and are just as rad as everyone says they are. They also do incredible work on jersey logos/numbers etc. I'd used another shop before them and the quality is by far the best I've seen. Short of full sublimation this is as factory as you can get.
You definitely shouldnt be paying that much for a set of 50 graphics. I run the graphics department over at Enjoy MFG and would feel guilty about charging that much. That bike should be no more than $150
I used nstyle...only because Ac9 and dungey used them....had good cs too...
I found this guy Patrick Corneo on FB. He’s a local Pro MX racer, has qualified for Southwick in the past.
He does great work and really listens to your wants and needs.
Complete graphics kit around $160 shipped. I’ve bought a few from him.
Funny how almost nobody has a word about the quality of the graphic designs...
Each to their own, but still, quite a few companies produces stuff that's ugly as f...
To me, SKDA is the exact opposite.
Creativity, choice of styles and a real talent.
Yeah yeah they look great,,, but look at they price. I remember when you could get a full exhaust for that or less…. Now it’s stickers lol!!!
The coolest graphics are no graphics
