Good lord, I see it every weekend they race, and I'm still in awe every-time I see it. They just don't look that freaking tired at the end, even though they push so hard. Pretty unbelievable conditioning!!!!!!
And they don’t have to worry about lappers fucking up the race.

Apparently you never watch endurance car racing, NASCAR, IndyCar or F1…as they have lappers that are part of racing and cause the same problems…it’s part of racing and the ability to get through them and to use them to help beat your competition is and always will be a necessary skill…

I said big motorsport , f1s the only big one mentioned there and it’s a race over an hour and half long , no one on that f1 circuits getting lapped 2-3 times
That was pretty entertaining. Shades of earlier races when Chase was yo-yoing while racing Jett. He has to relook at that inside line for ScrewU come the 2nd moto.
And if they get lapped they sure leave more room with a car than what most of the riders on the nationals manage to do.
And the F1 drivers understand that if you are getting lapped your race is secundary.
There is something wrong when the lappers causes more ”excitment” the last laps than a full blown fight between the two first riders.
In F1 if you aren’t within 107% of the pole time you don’t qualify. If that rule was in place for MX, there would be 22 riders on the gate this weekend based on timed qualifying

Idk if it’s a different framerate or what, but the camera that’s in the corner after the tabletop before you head out back, the footage looks soooool good there. Feels similar to how the mxgp cameras look.
Do you really think that having a dozen dudes on the gate that are 15 seconds a lap slower than Hunter and Chase adds anything to the racing?
