1983 Suzuki RH250. The aluminum panel in the center of the bike is the side of the gas tank. The airbox is located in the fake gas tank.

So did those Ribi-link Hondas every see track time or were they strictly a design exercise? I've never seen a pic of one of those at work. Anybody have something like that in their archive?

I know it basically ruined the sport, but the proto YZM400 was unbelievably trick. A true works bike in every way. By most accounts this bike was way faster (but more fickle) than the production version the next year.

I beleive thats a 1985 125,,, but yes, this is my pick for the trickest bike ever made..

That is THE factory bike that won the Indy Mile in '75. Not the clone that he rode last year at Indy in demo laps. Stephen Wright owns this bike. It was a pile of pieces laying in the back of the Yamaha race shop in Amsterdam , Holland before Wright restored it to this condition. One, of six Champion TZ750's ever made.
