Top 5. It was a thumb injury, so nothing held him back from conditioning properly. He’ll be as strong as ever, and maybe have to shake some cobwebs off.

Do we except to see Tomac at Budds Creek?

How strong do you think he will be? I’m hoping he can be contending for wins and podiums, is that possible after injury?

I hope Eli wins the first moto, grabs the mic from JT$'s hand and barks, "Where's my Goddamn latte?"

we'll see. I stand by my prediction either way and I'll own it either way too. You guys are on crack if you think he's going to come off the couch from thumb surgery and starting waxing 2/3ds of the field on a bike he's never raced outdoors. Ain't no way. His best days are behind him, not in front.

Tomac is a legend. In the back of my mind I feel like he is getting old and dropping off but I hope he is old school Tomac!!!

Speaking about a "New" model/frame and 1st time on it outdoor; Tomac was injured with 2 rounds left in 23 so for sure he had done outdoor testing. I think he was injured at the 2nd to last this year and was planning on outdoor so he had already done testing. hard to imagine ET3 agreed to race outdoor this year if had not already done some serious testing and felt like he could compete for wins

Seems like Plessinger has stepped it up some. He could finish in between Sexton and Tomac until Tomac gets his legs which don't know if there is enough races left for that? Anderson and Hunter maybe as well? He has been on the couch for a while.

Podium in his first two rounds back, challenging for a win by the end (if for no other reason than Chase will have clinched by that point.)

All valid points, but i can go off his history and how good of a rider he is, even if hes 5-10%off hes got everyone bar sexton covered.
