Just bought a 2017 Kx 85 the bike was running perfectly for a while but had sputtering issues so I changed the spark air filter did a carb clean new coolant running 32:1 spark in it now is a br9eg
the bike will start first kick hit every band run perfect but then just randomly die out on me
searched some things up I was told about how lean jetting could cause it to over heat or it may be my stator or my coil pack
really need help done everything I know how to do on the bike

Did you mess with the aircrew setting when you were cleaning the carb ?
I had issues like that on a Suzuki 85. After lots of chasing around it turned out to be the spark plug cap. It would expand just enough when hot to not have a good connection. Cheap to try that fix.
Yeah I was playing around with the air fuel but hasn’t picked the problem it’s 1 and 3/8 out
Do you think I should switch to hotter or colder plug

Stick with the stock and try a new plug cap. $3 and 5 minutes.
By plug cap does that mean ht lead

Coil maybe
my educated guess its the coil, had a few of them do it over the years,
When it dies will it immediately restart? Is it only dying while running high rpm?
Sounds like a stator to me.
I second the stator / ignition suggestion.
I’d pull the flywheel and at least have a look. I had the same problem on a CR80 long ago
I agree with @mre51 it’s your coil. As they heat up they expand. They will run perfectly fine for a few minutes and then usually fail without warning once they come to temp.
It will die and start right back up sometimes and others not

Atleast that’s a cheap fix thanks for your help mate
And once it’s fires up the time before it dies again just gets shorter and shorter
