I don’t understand the mechanic pushing Deegan to try to win. Risk/reward isn’t there. He leads the championship by 32 points. You win and gain 2 more positions you get an extra what 4 or 5 points? Crash and go further back or get a mechanical from said crash and lose possibly 20 points?
Comparing a factory rider with a non-factory rider seems a bit silly.
