Just race hard. I went from zero support, got better, got beginner level support got better and got decent support, then out of no where while racing a MRA race I got picked up by Cernics from their rider rep just coincidentally being at that race. But with zero parental support, working full time, going to high school, sleeping when I could it got to hard to keep up. So moral of the story, work hard and if its meant to be it will find a way.
