TXDirt owns this thread. I'd love to spend a week at his house eating dinner. Also curious if you have culinary experience, or just a hobby? I enjoy smoking meat as a backyard pitmaster.

Here's my contribution, spare ribs for Memorial Day.

Thanks for the kind words. There have been many great contributions to this thread! We have many talented folks here who cook up some amazing food!!

Best part of this thread for me is seeing what my fellow moto bros are cooking up!!

Cheers!

Not sure if this completely too good not to post.

Decided to get this body heading the right direction about 3 months ago.

so less tritips on the Traeger and egg. Pizza over is parked. Zero beers.

down about 24lbs and 20ish to go.

back to clearing g all the jumps at DT1 and that is pretty satisfying.

so some basic Chicken Asparagus and some jalapeño’s from the garden.

little f’ers had a good kick to them.

Homemade sauces/gravy. The pasta has Whiting fillets from Our Cow, muscles, Trinidad Scorpions and tomato (peeled and chopped) amongst other ingredients.

Never thought I would like Sriracha mayo, but i do, and i added some yogurt to it because i didn’t know how spicy it would be, i added a little milk to thin it out a little bit. I made the cucumber and shredded carrots a day in advance, then i added more soy sauce, spices and apple cider vinegar day of and they turned out even better, and i put them in mason jars when i added more liquid. This was quick to make surprisingly, i used 80/20 beef, i wanted some leaner beef but my dad had his reasonings on why he didn’t get it. Definitely making it again.

A little Dirty Rice. Zatarain’s out of the box, plus some more cayenne and black pepper. Chopped a couple of potatoes as filler to make it last.

Anyone from the Washington Oregon area? Been looking for a recipe for years. My friend had it a long time ago was call Mongolian bbq. Had like a shaved steak egg noodles with pineapple, sesame seed, and some kind of sweet spicy sauce but I can’t find anything helpful online. Made a few of those recipes and the taste was way off from what I remember
