Both? It’s a tough, unforgiving sport.

When you constantly push the limit you will get bitten from time to time. Story of his career. He is blazing fast, but always seems on the edge of control. There are other riders who have figured out that you can win titles without risking injuries every week.

He’s not a rider that crash a lot, he has had some bad luck through the years.

Like when he got landed on and broke his shoulder or when he broke his ankle in Kegums on the seighting lap without crashing.

Had he done the crashes Gajser does on a regular basis, he would be dead now.

made of thin glass but tough as nail is the best way to describe him. He doesn't say if he's gonna miss the next gp or not tho, which would have been an interesting information to have.

Reminds me of Marc Marquez. Guys that pushed the envelope all the time and survived it longer than most only to have it finally catch up to them. I have mad respect for both just so you know Wink

Jesus....remember when he broke his femur doing an 85cc race and came back while not totally healed?   He gave it a go and it has to be one of the toughest moments in our sport on the European side of things.

They showed an xray of his femur after the race and it looked like he did some damage and came up short.  Tough sob....they are all tough as nails.

My bad, from my memory his ankle snaped when he landed, just like Tomacs achilles.
