I saw a poll on Instagram about who the best starter ever is. A lot of people picked Alessi and even Emig. I don't know, Prado is an amazing starter. Hard to argue against him

Top three pace is damm fast

4/14/2024 5:37am

Tim is going to close the gap.

4/14/2024 5:40am

Herlings has pace here. His lap two laps were faster than anyone on track.

Even at the last VitalMX podcast they talked that not even all the “real” factory riders in MX2 not have the access to “full” Factory engines.

Those Kawasaki of Valin are not that far behind those bikes off Valk en Lata

I konw but they have "b" motors that are pretty good but like you said Valin Kawi is a little bit off.

There is good signs of Jeffrey today, very good signs, starts 14th works his way up. Could been a lott better ofc. But mark my words there is good Flashes from the 84.

I didn't expect Prado to drop the pace that much.

Good speed and laptimes last half off the race, but if you can’t start with the guys you can’t race with the guys.

He used to be really sparky straight out off the gate but it takes to long those days…

At the end difference between Prado and Herlings were about 6 secs,i rly wanted Herlings pass Prado, but forsure a little too late. I am not hater, but wanting too spice things in championship. Hope for interesting moto2

On the other perspective,Prado released he cant go for a win in this moto and just saved some health for moto2,thats why he dropped a pace. He is smart enought.

Also my big hope was a Febvre who only one of the top riders right now can take a risk and try too push harder then he can and pass Prado. It is what we saw in moto1, Prado tried hard too maintain a pace, but after got passed, dropped pace like in previous year and got passed by Gajser straight away...

I wasn't around to watch Emig race, but Alessi doesn't come anywhere close to Prado in my opinion.

Jere Haavisto is an underrated rider, a solid p13 there and did not look out of place

Well that was a GP that promised a lot and blew itself out , didnt it.

Love Trentino, gutted to not go, my lad reckoned he has more of his friends there, than at home LOL.

I have seen enough of Herlings to think he still has something for the end of the season.

And track prep was spot on over both days, daft as it sounds, it looked like Foxboro dirt .

Prado’s career isn’t even done yet and he’s in the conversation for best starter of all time. Imagine if MXGP gives holeshot points.

Yeah, he's slowly starting to figure it out isn't he. Just needs to not ride over his head. He was using up a lot of energy holding off Adamo when if he let him past, he may have learned some lines as Adamo was getting quite creative yesterday.
