Yup, glad kenny made it slightly interesting tonight. When jett starts holeshotting and winning every race I'll just skip the 450s.

Remind yourself he has a way of getting into his own head while leading.

Reminds me of Tomac when he was pulling away.

It's all good for the sport

Considering his finishes, it's wild that Brown is in 3rd!

If you are doubled after 2 minutes, then you have no business being on the track, especially if you get 2 on your pants. It's time they introduced a maximum percentage difference in lap times, as is the case in other speed sports.

Seems Jett ends up doing a section more consistent and faster than the other top riders, Daytona was the quad, Indy was jumping into the Whoops. Willing to send it!

Does RC dislike Jett or does he just hope he doesn’t keep on doing better than he did?

He grasp at straws trying to make the broadcast interesting.

Like in the first heat when Jett passed Ken he tried so hard to make it look like Ken let him by to ”learn” what Jett was doing better.

NO rider on track would lett the fastest guy by them with the hope of being able to pass him back later in the moto. And definatly not Ken that we all know struggles late in the motos compared to other riders..

To be fair, there was an outdoor race in the early 2000s where Steward waved Reed by and let him pass for the lead, then played around with him and took it back

Yeah, I’m only 30 and I really think twice before hitting a jump or doing anything risky anymore. When I was 20 and racing intermediate I didn’t care about anything, never thought twice about jumping a sketchy triple.

Stew did that because earlier Chad said "If I get a start I think I can run with him". Stew wanted to prove he could beat him even if Chad got out in front of him.

It was a humbling experience...

They have done everything they can to take the rider out of it. Metal grates, starter whoops, restarting the race 3 times, ect. You have 10 guys on the same second because they dummy'ed up the tracks. If you want to end Jett's "Reign of Terror" go back to a dirt start and see what happens.

Add to that a fat bank account and relatively good health considering their occupation. I can't blame them for backing it down. Tough to ride that fine line year after year for the sake of a Championship. RV was burned out from going 100% his whole career. Now you cant wipe that smile off his face. Totally respect a rider for doing whatever he wants to do. I was very surprised Dungey came back for a minute...

The cream rises to the top but it for sure would make for some interesting moments.

Bad start and having to dice through the field. Sometimes getting caught in traffic making for less certainty race after race.

Im a 60yr Vet D rider, yeah i know all about not going for it, ha ha!

Kenny was pretty aggressive every where else, what makes Jett impressive to me is his consistent starts, and willingness to go for it, its been said a million times they all are riding the same track, so just intresting Jetts choices, similar to James, not speed or style p per se, but seems he sees opportunity when others  see an obstacle?

It makes me unreasonable levels of mad when we watch a dude cruise with a 5 second lead when a battle for 2-3-4 is raging.

See I’m the opposite. I’d rather watch the best guy to analyse what they’re doing and how they’re doing it rather then watch guys going slower and battling. I’ve been that way since 92 just wanting to watch Bradshaw or McGrath. I would record them and just watch the best rider over and over and try to copy them.

How would a dirt start change anything? With the metal grates everyone should be closer and yet Jett is still miles above everyone at starts lol do you really wanna throw in a bigger skill gap to separate the best rider on the gate from the rest even more?

It’s not a family problem but a race problem where he should have communicated with the people he hurt and then not thanked god.

I am not saying he don't have outright speed but most of the races he puts on a clinic on line choices and making clean laps.

Did the Deegan’s family meeting get on Youtube with good fan viewing?

I saw some close action and near collisions so they didn’t just let him by but they weren’t gonna play the slow-up block game if Jett was faster.

The rain killed the chance for a few hard packed races this year.
