Couple of projects I have been busy with. Wanted to get back into riding in my late 40s, so I found a 96 125 to rebuild. Then a couple months later I found a 96 250 and I couldn't pass it up. Currently working on that project. First time designing out my own graphics. I think these two will look good together once finished. The 125 is honesty fast enough for my old ass but why not have the 250 too, right?

Puro 1996!
My son and I have had this exact same discussion many times, and he's been totally on board with it. He's been on the 125 for 2+ years and he can beat good riders on 250s now. I am looking forward to seeing him get on the FC250 and riding it like he does the 125.
This is every 125 fan's dream ride.
You have to watch this video, awesome footage and that husky power is unreal!

1996 CR125 and 250 were my first real bikes, well besides the 1991 rm125. The power the 1996 cr 125 made when it was on the pipe was better than the 250 it just kept revving. It had this FMF pipe they don't make anymore called a fat boy I believe (not fatty). The middle of the expansion chamber was huge and it ran so good!
Fun one here too - first 6 minutes are a single 125 (brown sweatshirt/red boots) going against a field of 250s/450s in the BTH class. Good noises!

Why not?
I am not a ktm guy, but those black and orange kits are so so so good on them!
Also viewing crew knows what's good!
125s make you feel like a Hero
And they’re easy to modify:
Thanks. I forgot to add that on my list.
They're like ice cream sammiches - always good and you never get too old to enjoy them.
We’ve all seen the ‘96 Des Nations, but in the first 125/500 moto you had three 125s in the top four - Lamson, Tortelli, and Everts.
Temptation got to me. Bought this 2009 KTM 150SX after work last friday. Brand new full top end with no hours. Have to put new brake pads , clutch master cylinder and probably stiffer springs before i can rip the hell out of it. Overall , its in good shape.
