From what I read, he was concussed. He sounded pretty optimistic that he would be back on the bike soon

Per his IG, he said he will do what he needs to do to come back quickly and he's feeling hungry

Didn't he crash in the same section as Forkner?  Looked like he was closer to the table,, I wonder what happened 

I'm hoping he can be ready for Daytona but if he needs more time, he needs more time. I'm really pulling for these triumph machines. The more manufacturers in the running, the better. It keeps everyone on their toes and working towards squeezing every ounce of horsepower out of the bikes that they can. Seems like Mitch has the Kawasaki's figured out again. More teams equals more riders and that's something we can all get behind.

Him and Anstie kind of drifted together towards the middle touched which sent him off to the right and landed off the bike. I’d say anstie swerved over more but ultimately just a racing deal

Wrong....they follow the same protocol that the NFL uses that comes from the UPMC research into concussions....

Concussions are a weird thing, I have been knocked out for a few minutes and woke up doing well. I have took a small hit jumped up quickly and was wasted for days. I can tell you that it could be the first concussion or like me the 13th and your life can change forever. For me it has ruined my short term memory.
